    I'm glad you were honest here and showed some scuffling as it didn't cooperate as they usually don't cooperate. Then when it's just right, it falls in place and you really don't know what you did differently, it's just that everything just lined up. Great video! I wish you had also shown breaking the tire down and back on the rim.

      We get your point, but the bag sits within 1/2" of the pipe and you just won't see any little scratches until you pull the bags off. Visible scratches from laziness or carelessness piss me off too.

    My rear swing arm is crooked any advice? I've check for slop in pivot bushings and there is none! My tire is straight and centered in swing arm but the swingarm is not straight

    There's gotta be a better way to get that caliper back in place other than beatin' and bangin' and scratchin' it into submission.
    Don't get me wrong, I just spent the last hour doin'the same thing with mine. But I would think that there would be a slicker way to do it.

    Does the rubber go inside the bracket of sit against it

    • @davidkeeton6716

      There's a groove or channel this round peg of rubber sits in. It's to keep the caliper bracket insulated from the swing arm.

    I have a question on the rear axle do you only torque down the right side to 100?

      Also did you check to make sure the belt is in the middle of the sprocket?

    • @davidkeeton6716
      @davidkeeton6716 Před 3 měsíci

      @erikloose9472 The belt will find its happy place as long as the wheel is straight. As in the adjuster cam is in the same place on each side of the bike.

      If I remember correctly just hold the left side still and torque the nut on the right side of the bike. Then put the E ring back on.
