You are spending lot of money without having a clear picture of what to do with your farmland. If you are interested, I can share few ideas.

Hi, I would say its been a fashion now a days to build a farm house rather than passion. So much so that they literally changed the meaning of a farmhouse. A farmhouse is a house built in a farm not a house built in a bran land and then developing a farm around it. I can clearly say that’s the main cause for all the problems you are facing now. And I know you would say we need a house first in order to live there to develop a farm and that’s where people spend the most and loss the most. For any individual who dream of having a farmland I urge them to understand the basic meaning of a farmhouse first. Whatever the farmland you buy plan and do the basic farming in your land first at least for two to three years. So that you will understand the land get to know nearby village people and workers, and what kind of trees are suitable for your farm. And once you feel comfortable then invest in boundary walls and a house, for sure you will be in a good spot by that time to make decisions which will result in your dream farmhouse. Put your efforts in developing a farm and then if you manage it well that farm itself will give you resources and money to build your farmhouse. If you don’t want to put that effort, then stop complaining about money you spent and wasted. Not to discourage anyone but just wanna say stop focusing on results focus on the process.
