The manual does not mention this but the brake signal lead on this ESC will output an RPM signal instead if you set brake mode to disabled, normal or proportional. This allows it to be used with an external governor.
Can you do a tutorial on how you set up the switch on the radio? I have a FMS Predator 120A ESC with reverse but the manual it came with has my ESC listed as a FlyFun 120a v5. I really need to know how to set this up on a Spektrum NX8. I can probably follow your settings and figure them out to translate to Spektrum transmitters.

Note for those watching. Assumiong the Motor powered up and then fitting the prop? One day no fingers! Never handle props with power ON

Thinking about using it in a hotliner/pylon plane without flaps, they sre slippery AF and hard to slow down to land.
Can some one pls explain why one would desire to reverse motor/ prop rotation whilst flying? I can see its value for land vehicle but aircraft?
