You might also want to consider signing up for a gym membership. Going to the gym and feling better about your body weight will boost your self-confidence, self-esteem, and make you feel better about your self-image. All three are vital to living a healthy life :)
@BennyGoId I love these Walk At Home videos on CZcams and used to do them often. Wanting to get back into them because it always used to make me feel good and accomplished. Thank you for the advice. I do agree with you! I appreciate you commenting to me, thank you so much!
@LiamODonovan-l6e Hey Liam! Thank you so much for your comment! I really appreciate you a lot for it. Just so much going on right now. I intend to explain more for my next video on Monday but for now, just thank you so much for taking the time to listen and comment! Means a lot to feel heard and valid! Thank you so much! *hugs* ☺
Firstly .... you are so brave, keep speaking , keep sharing. Do what you need to do. Your body will take time to adjust to any new medication. Be patient with yourself and be kind. Have you had concilling at all ? You don't need to answer . If you haven't I recommend it. I was diagnosed with CPTSD in 2016. I did get better, I totally get the intrusive thought you are not alone there. Oh, and I say ' yeah yada yada' too. 😊 I will be praying for you. Sending you gentle hugs.
@mollygrace5477 Thank you so much for listening and for being so understanding. I appreciate your kindness and support with anything but especially mental health things. I am so sorry about your CPTSD. Is that the same as PTSD or different? I am happy to know over time you got better with it. That makes me smile! You are such a kind person and deserve nothing but the absolute best! I have seen many councilors and psychologists over many years. It has been recommended to me to see a psychiatrist. It is something I am still considering. YAY! Someone else who says Yadda Yadda. 🤣😂 That's cool! Thank you again for just being so amazing! *hugs back*
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD) are both mental health conditions that can involve psychological and behavioral stress responses, such as flashbacks and hypervigilance. The main difference is that PTSD is usually caused by a single traumatic event, while CPTSD is caused by prolonged or repeated trauma over months or years:
@@mollygrace5477 Thank you so much for explaining! Is it possible to have both? Like being traumatised by one stressful event but also going through something completely different that causes CPTSD?
@@DanisJourneyToWhere It is possible for you to have PTSD and C-PTSD at the same time. For example, if you experienced ongoing trauma in childhood and, later, survived a natural disaster, it's possible to experience symptoms of both.
@@mollygrace5477 aw ok I see. Thank you so much for explaining. I would love to talk about this to my doctor or possibly psychiatrist (if I go ahead to see one). Thank you again. 😚🤗
@cedeimharcdrio9990 Will certainly be trying. ☺ I find it nice when people come together to be supportive to one another. Makes me happy and hope this can be a place for many to do that. I hope so! 🤞🤞
Sending you so much love and hugs from Canada. Always thinking of you ❤ .... one thing I noticed is you mentioned shortness of breath. Whenever I have had a panic attack I always get shortness of breath and feel like I can't catch my breath. Wonder if that had anything to do with it? Could be medication reaction as well...
@MissNikkiDawson aw thank you so much Nikki! I do wonder if it's anxiety attack or panic attack. I am unsure about the differences (if any) but for quite some many years now it just happens. I did have asthma as a child but I think I outgrew that. I'm unsure about it now. Medication is an interesting theory! But unsure as I believe this had happened while not on anything. It's a mystery right now. I can only assume anxiety / panic attacks for now. Thank you for listening and for your comment. I hope you and your lovely family are doing well! ☺🤗

What I think is that you gotta get your hugs in. Hugs from random strangers, your friends, your family. Anyone, really, at this point.
@BennyGoId I do love hugs. ☺☺☺☺And they can really work wonders sometimes.
