It's messed up but sadly how it works.

As someone who actually suffers from schizophrenia it's very hard to put off the hallucinations both audible and visual. If her schizophrenia went undiagnosed for a very long time it's more than likely she believed this for a long time. It depends on what age she started showing signs. As someone who actually suffers from schizophrenia it's very hard to put off the hallucinations both audible and visual. If her schizophrenia went undiagnosed for a very long time it's more than likely she believed this for a long time. It depends on what age she started showing signs. I thought it was normal that you couldn't see things the way they were but then again I have the soul to not hurt people. Some people don't some people have uncontrollable anger and it makes the effects worse.

3:05 being found "not guilty by reason of insanity" generally means the perpetrator is sent to a psychiatric ward. if the perpetrator wasn't in a "normal" state of mind, as is true here, they can't really be sent to prison, as they're not considered fully responsible for their crimes, since they were in a mental state.
