1.65 Milk
Add 1/2 cup sugar
For mixer :
1cup milk powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp semolina
1 tsp flour
Quarter tsp green cardamom powder
Ghee 1 tablespoon
Then mix one egg in separate bowl
Use 3 table for mixer to get in dough shape
Can we replace oil with ghee?

We make it EXACTLY the same way in my house! Ammi used to make it when we were small and it's passed on to us.... I can't blv ALL the ingredients and even measurements are the exact same!!!, we just add a few strands of saffron... It's insane! Thanks Ruby aunty, aaj aapne yaad dila di. 🥰

Today my sister-in-law who lives in Canada (the one who introduced me to your cooking) asked to see this. On weekends we select some of your recipes and make them together. I love it. I m planning on making it this weekend with her, But I have a question, my husband has sugar so I try use substitute of sugar, so my question is would brown sugar or substitute of sugar like stevia would work the same way?
