Sugarcane juice can be green due to the presence of anthocyanins and melanins. To change the color from green to brownish you need to refrigerator it for a few hours. It's really looking pure. The color is spectacular. Some places they squeeze lime juice into it. We always throw away the lining of the stomach on the grey snapper.
