CCC Supporters & ZRP Police In Running Battles At Court As Jameson Timba & 78 Others Are Denied Bail

CCC main faction leader Jameson Timba and 78 other party activists have been denied bail by the Magistrate Ruth Moyo this day the 27th of June 2024. Thousands of CCC supporters who had gathered outside the court yard to lend moral support to their incarcerated Leader and colleague were later engaged in running battles with a large number of police details that were deployed there. Argency Gumbo, the lawyer representing the suspects had to cut short his address to the CCC supporters after police dispersed the crowd.
