- This is a daily vlog of a person living alone who has a bigger appetite in the winter.
It's been a while since I made Earl Gray Financier and oatmeal cookies. Even if you make it with a healthy recipe, it's still delicious :)
And cooking with cold hair is a must for those living alone 🥲 ?
I take out everything I have in the freezer and make fish cake stew and shrimp chive pancake to serve as a side dish for solo drinks.
I also made roasted vegetable curry using the vegetables I had in the refrigerator.
It looks like the weather is starting to warm up little by little. I hope my appetite loosens up a bit :)

1) I tried your oatmeal cookies recipe and it was amazing as expected from you 😍 .
2) I made white rice with coconut curry sauce because most of the vegetables you put in your recipe were not available for me at the moment , that's why I made coconut curry sauce instead of curry vegetables
The ingredients are :
800g chicken thighs (cut up)
* 1/2 teaspoon paprika or pepper
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon bouillon cube (knorr chicken)
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 2 teaspoons curry powder
* 2 tablespoons oil
* Handful chopped onion
* 4 Galic cloves (minced)
* 1¼ cup of tomato paste
* 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (2 tomatoes)
* 1½ teaspoon each of curry, salt sand knorr chicken to adjust the flavor
* 1½ cup coconut milk
* 1 teaspoon hot pepper
* Optional: add water to loosen * Garnish with cilantro
(This is not my recipe❤️ I saw this recipe on CZcams a few months ago ).
