If you say we shouldn't put egg white, that is until we want to make use of it, but u know that when making use of it, there are still some egg white in the mixture, so how can we remove something like that in a watery mixture. Are am I going to keep on changing the mixture each day because of the egg yolk?

What she meant is.... Don't add the egg white to the onion, tomato and carrot juice at once, because you may not finish the mixture and it won't last long with the egg in it.
