The sender's sig will be used. Before ERC 4337, an EOA contains signature and ledger which holds assets, transactions require the signature to run. Account abstraction separates ledger from EOA as a new entitiy; an account-Contract, to allow more functionality. Transactions still require signatures which are held in EOA and are fed as arguments to the account-Contract which runs based on the terms set at its creation. The big difference is that ledgers/account-Contracts are now separate from EOA and can run transactions independently.
