- Are you ready for a Dungeon Run Speedrun Challenge between me and Rarran? The rules are simple: clear a full Dungeon Run first and you win! Being the PVE master with insanely high APM this should be an easy win for me but you will have to watch the video to know for sure!

I checked it and I like your version more. Two screens side by side was great idea. With Rarran it felt at times like some show where competitors do timed tasks, but you have no idea how far is who because they constantly skip between them.
That rng was so unfair, Trump got the ultimate control boss, while the other boss just throws away their win condition lol.
I wouldn’t say Trump got unlucky because I wouldn’t say the darkness is the ultimate control boss, but Rarran just got extremely lucky
Rarran rolled super lucky. Xol is the easiest final boss by far. As for Trump, Darkness isn't necessarily that hard to BEAT, but usually you have to deck him in order to win which takes awhile.

Rarran got tad, isn't tad one of the most rare bosses?
This is a single hearthstone dungeon run, a game based on rng, with a mode based on rng on picks, treasures and bosses. Sooo… let’s see this for what it is: entertaining content presented in the form of a “competition” (which is just a silly little medium to change thing up a bit and introduce a time and pvp element).
So it’s not really “unfair”; massive differences *are* to be expected! 🙂
As much as I'd love to meme on Trump's APM Rarran got megalucky there. Tadd was a massive timesaver that allowed him to catch up when Trump was ahead, and then, when the two were neck-and-neck, Trump got the boss that only loses in fatigue, while Rarran lucked into one of those rare situations where you can get that boss to toss the quest reward (and he had to win a 50/50 for it still).
Yeah, shame how the race was decided by crazy rng instead of skill :(

They did for Dalaran Heist and Saviours of Uldum but I really wanted a new one for Sunken City. I still go back and play them now and it's what I hoped duels was going to be.

if Rarran didnt get the lucky fight 7 it would have been very close, like 20 seconds difference. and that isnt even considering the lucky turn on the last fight.
still was a fun challenge to watch, hope you do some more sillyness together soon.

I have finally achieved the dream of watching two Hearthstone videos at the same time.
Rarran raging about Tadd and blaming chat was hilarious.
He had a point, though, since no one bothered to explain their motivations until after the fight.

In the true HS fashion, everything was decided by RNG. Trump had no chance of winning on time with Tad + Darkness showing up, but there was still hope with the Quest but that too got discarded in the 50/50 roll.

This Rarran dude is exactly the kind of person I picture when I think of a streamer catering to 14 years old. He's loud, obnoxious, and he yells at his chat faster than he can articulate.
I really liked the concept of speedrun challenges though, would be great against a player like Kripp.

nah rarran gets tad and then the final boss discards the quest which surely would have won, and then the boss totally misses many lethal opportunities, rarran misses a lethal, and the boss RNG goes more in his favour than is even possible, and then trump gets the literal 'STALL AND BE ANNOYING AND EVASIVE' boss, only loses by a couple minutes and rarran thinks hes good XD pipe down you got lucky

The draw 2 cards at the start of the turn is NOT even close to the upgraded hero power. There is a reason Genn and Baku were hall of famed so fast. And that passive has both effects. Also why do they never pick the giants. Its the best bucket in dungeon run.

I was watching Rarran streaming this. Very funny to see how calm and poised you are in contrast. I think the only thing that stopped you winning this one was the lack of urgency in your decision making. Good viewing though.
