This was a good episode. The pro being that Tao and Elle finally having a true passionate kiss, and Tao finally reconciling with Charlie of his guilt for feeling responsible for Charlie being outed. While it’s scary that Charlie is showing signs of eating disorders, it’s really amazing that Nick is wanting to understand and be there to make him feel comfortable and not ashamed for it. It’s really inquisitive about Darcy not being open about her home life with Tara, but I believe maybe there are things Darcy is maybe trying to protect Tara out of love and not shame. Can’t wait for the next episode reaction!!!

I'm in Florida and I lived in England for 5 years, and it felt like the land of always winter to me despite the fact that the low temps there really didn't get any lower than the cold in Florida when Florida gets cold. But those low temps were much more enduring throughout the year and the days didn't warm up by like 20°F during the day like it does in Florida in the winter. It's 98°F here (FL) right now on June 10th, and I consider anything lower than 78° to be cool. Lol.

Thank you so much for this info! Also side question, would you recommend England for a vacation place?

@@ConnorUniverse Despite how ridiculously transphobic the UK government and media have become since I lived there, I would definitely recommend it as a vacation spot. For anyone planning to visit the UK from the US, here is some travel advice: 1) Pro tip - stay in youth hostels (and buy a cheap 1-year youth hostel membership before booking rooms in hostels for your stay) and take public transportation (including trains) to travel around the country for a more cost-effective trip. 2) Oh, and if you get a chance to see a West End show in London (their equivalent of Broadway), they're actually quite affordable compared to Broadway while still being extremely high quality. I saw Wicked on the West End for £40 for 3rd row seats back in 2008. London is really expensive otherwise, though, which is why staying in a youth hostel is a very convenient way to travel. You can find them in most major cities (and I recommend B&Bs for places that don't have youth hostels). 3) Summer is the ideal time to travel around the UK (though it has gotten hotter there in the summers than when I lived there due to global warming), and I recommend seeing many different parts of the country. I lived in Manchester, which is considered to be part of the northwestern part of the country, but really it's more central in England. Like, if England was Florida, Manchester would be Orlando, London would be Miami, and Scotland would be Georgia just above it. Wales and Scotland are both quite lovely as well, and there are a lot of historical places to visit, as well as modern entertainment. Great concerts, live theatre, museums, and more in various parts of the country, and Ireland (its own country) & Northern Ireland (part of the UK) are just a quick and affordable plane ride OR ferry ride away. 4) If you want a more curated tourist experience, you can book tour group experiences in some parts of the country, like London, Belfast, etc., and there are things like Edinburgh Fringe in Scotland which are held at specific times of the year and are really good cultural and entertainment experiences to have. 5) I do NOT recommend actually going into the water at any of the beaches there, though - it's very cold that far north, even in summer. In summer, you should also be prepared for extremely long hours of sunlight, and in winter it's the opposite, with very short days and long, cold nights. 6) In many parts of the country, touristy things are closed or are more limited in the winter, so I don't really recommend visiting at that time. 7) It may also be cheaper to fly into Manchester than London, but it all depends on where you want to concentrate your visit and how much of the country you want to see. 8) And be prepared to travel light for the times between checking out of one lodging and into the next if you're not staying all in one city during your trip. 9) Booking tickets and planning transportation routes ahead of time is recommended if you have a lot planned, or if you want a more leisurely, less structured trip, maybe ask the people staffing the front desk at your lodgings about recommended places to visit or eat and any discounted tickets that may be available through them. (I learned a lot about traveling around the UK during my time living there.) 10) Oh, and it rains a lot, so be prepared for rain. But you're from the South, so you'd likely find their rain to be much lighter but longer lasting than the summer rainstorms we get in the hot, humid Southern United States. It can be very humid there, as well, but not nearly so hot ... most of the time. Hotter more recently, though. Um ... I think that's everything I can think of off the top of my head. 11) Oh, and be prepared for your phone to not be compatible with their phone service providers' signals - it may work, but it also might not work without connecting through wifi. 12) And wear shoes that are comfortable for a lot of walking. Okay, I think that's all I can think of for now. But let me know if you have any other questions about traveling there!
