Hi, if you sew only for personal use, sure you can go with Brother or Usha or Juki. I have Brother GS2700. Though regularly I use my Industrial machine, for some features I use my Brother machine. My students have been using Brother and are happy with it.

It is controlled by the pedal. More you press, more faster it is but there is a limit to the speed.

Hi, first try changing the needle. Most of the times damaged needle or needle which is not fixed properly could be the issue. If that does not solve the problem, please check if the thread tension is too much and fix it. Let me know if this helped.

You may open the screws of the needle plate and bobbin case cover and clean with a small brush.
Isme oil kaise dale
just use an ear bud to apply little oil in the bobbin shuttle.
Mere machine ki silai smooth nahi aa rahi hai, dhagga bar-bar toot raha hai.pls help me.
There could be different reasons for thread breaking. Try changing the thread, thread the machine correctly or correct the thread tension. It can also happen is the needle is not inserted correctly or if the needle is damaged.
