Hi, most of this instrumental was very good but I think the drums and the bass was very weak compared to the original. Was it intentional?

Well nice of you to ask,but this song is already my fave Nightwish song and you did a great job so anything else is bonus.I am not an expert on singing types/colors but this voice sounds a bit different in singing style.I guess falls into the Annette Olzon color/sound ..sort of lol.I think perhaps it is the mixing that is throwing me off a bit.
You look always so confident, so comfortable. It's annoying, it's like nothing can stop you. Let's add some difficulty : your challenge is to play the hurdy-gurdy while singing. Now thanks to Instagram we all know it could happen some day ;)

It was only available on the "Road to Paradiso" rare album as a previously unreleased track. Doesn't even really sound like their style either, it's a cool/weird fusion, so I understand why most people who've heard Epica don't even know it exists.
For some reason I can imagine you nailing the chorus, but I don't know how the instrumentation would go. Probably a tough job to attempt to make a cover I'd guess. Anyways, I hope you heard it if only for curiosity's sake.
