Flower Power: The Metrolina Greenhouses | Carolina Impact

We call Charlotte the ‘Queen City’, because of its history. Or ‘Buzz City’, because of the Hornets. Or maybe ‘Bank Town’, because of all of our big financial institutions. But how about ‘Flower Town’? Because just outside of Charlotte in Huntersville, is America's largest greenhouse -- with more than a thousand workers, where they’ve been growing flowers for fifty years. Carolina Impact takes a look between the plant rows with Flower Power: The Metrolina Greenhouses.
