I think artificer with prep time of even like 5 min would be able to beat Orion, but I think in a straight fight, artificer just gets bodied

Well let’s think about this logically, Gal and Orion are Comrades in arms and have a symbiotic relationship, Orion has dealt with many demons and monsters and Gal has went through a different kind of hell to achieve the title The Jester, I’d say yes since in terms of combat, Orions got the upper hand and that armor SOUNDS thick, that’s not even to say he’s no doubt been injured before and has a high pain tolerance.
Love almost everyone but Artificer is in some way terrified of Orion.
As someone who is aware of what it takes to make videos, thank you for the long video.

A detail I noticed and loved was that the flashbacks showed Centurian was using a sword most of the time.
I’m the first Life of Artificer said that he was programmed to swing that. It’s lovely continuity.

Now I’d like to see a fight between a serious artificer and a bloodlusted Orion. I bet Orion would have the edge in the beginning until the artificer pulls out something he saved just for him. After all as crazy as the artificer is he has no real evil motivation give him one… not even Orion or the gods can stop him.

If I had half your genius, I think my players wouldn't be so focused on dissecting Kua Toa (I am running an Grim Hollow Campaign)
This opens up a whole new batch of questions regarding Arti's backstory. He mentions he wasn't around during the cataclysm, even though he seems like his skills would've come very useful, which does kinda ruin my theory in regards to him acting the way he is due to mental scarring from that event.
Though it does weird me out how he phrased it. He didn't say he didn't participate in it like the Warlock and the Necromancer. So he is either the youngest member of the party, even more so than the warlock, or he isekaid himself into their world or something like that. Out of them all, it's clear that he fits the least, and given the fact that a fucking Black Ops Cleric is watching over him, alongside a college of whispers Bard makes me think there is far more to him than we'd guess, and I doubt it's as a consequence of his interdimensional funnies. It just seems like he did *SOMETHING*, and he's far too important to someone to kill.
Perhaps, he IS the Cataclysm?

He is not the youngest member. During poker night video, he stated (though I think he is MUCH MUCH older) that he was about a year or two younger than Orien.

I want to know as well. I am leaning more on he was not in that world while the war was happening. And I feel as though he had something to do with it starting.
Personal theory is that he was messing with a machine to hop dimensions and worlds, messed up and caused a tear into the Abyss while at the same time sending him to another world.
I think he was only able to get back AFTER the war ended

To the Artificer: Just thought I'd let you know that I had a friend of mine steal all the toilet paper in the kings castle, which I proceeded to use as a carbon source for black powder... fun fact: with the lotion and crap the castle tp has loaded into it.. the powder made from it jams a rifle barrel with fouling after just two shots! so I sold the entire powder keg of it to the guards.
