I had bad acne and really bad marks for 14 years. I'm 40, f. In the end, 5% Benzoyl Peroxide gel, followed by E45 lotion or Cicaplast Baume B5 nightly has reduced it by 80%.

@@buddyftv4628 I'm not a medical doctor or dermatologist. The absolute best thing to do is to see a board certified dermatologist. Reading the internet and looking for random recommendations is a waste of time and money and will cost you in the long run.

@@prashanthk136 See a dermatologist if you can afford to, or a GP. Ask them to prescribe a 5 % benzoyl peroxide leave on gel. Use a nice thick moisturiser after the benzoyl peroxide as the BP dries out the skin. Any emollient will do the job. Persist for 3-4 months nightly, and you will no doubt see an improvement. And be strict about your body hygiene. Change your t-shirt or shirt daily, wear loose cotton only, and take a quick bath daily too. Benzoyl Peroxide is amazing for backne. I wish I hadn't waited 14 years to try!

Rocwash foaming face wash, it has salicylic, glycolic acid and aloe vera. That's all what you need. You'll see difference after a few use only.
