I wonder... based on your many years of experience playing Hero Wars, has there ever been many times in which there were also Emerald-less maps like the ones in the two previous months?
Yes. Most sections actually don't have emeralds. When they do it's always a nice surprise.

Thank you for revealing this map to us. Is it possible to keep the lenses for the other map or do they disappear with each map?

The lenses of magnifying lenses don't disappear at all! They're kept until you use them, so best practice for many players like you and I to reserve them until a map with more emeralds or more rewards are offered in the coming months!
Misty-sensei told me in another comment on this vid that it's actually more common all year round to have Emerald-less maps, and when a map DOES offer a 20,000-emerald tower, it's a pleasant surprise!
Is sultanmohamed pure F2P, semi-F2P or really buying stuff? If pure F2p/semi, then let's save those lenses!
One best practice when buying subscription packages that I think is also OK -- and maybe Misty-sensei could second this if it doesn? -- is to wait until an Event has a Buy-Emeralds-Get-Emeralds-back event? Or those Piggy Bank events...?

Yes that is correct, you can wait until there is a good "get VIP" points quest and then buy a subscription bundle for explorer's moves. The bundle actually have better than normal VIP amounts so they are pretty good for such quests.

Yeah, it's probably better to wait until the next section drops and see if there are better prizes.
it would have been worth it for emeralds, but i guess they took that away. or a random totem
Most sections of these island things haven't actually had emeralds so it might be worth holding your Explorer's moves for another section.

Misty do your moves get transferred to each new map indefinitely? (or do they only get rolled over once). I still have some moves from the last one, but want to make sure if I don't spend on this map I won't lose them.
Your Explorer's moves can be used on future maps if you don't use them.
