My journey as a Munawar fan from Love to Disillusion:
I got to know about him in 2021 during his controversy when he was released from jail. At that time, I searched about him and found out he has written some awesome songs. I watched his shows, which were good, and I also enjoyed his roast videos. He has some really good CZcams content, and I liked all of them. I was curious about him, so I watched his streams with other people like Samay Raina and Suhani Shah. I also watched his interviews.
Then, I learned that he wanted to date Ahsaas Channa, and I found out Ahsaas had a crush on him too. That's when his fans started shipping them. Time went on, and for the first time in my life, I watched a reality show, LOCKUPP, mainly for Munawar Faruqui. I enjoyed his game, but later things started coming out about his marriage and his son. He kept us in confusion, referring to someone with love as 'bubby.' After his marriage revelation, he said 'Bubby' is his son, but later we learned it was his girlfriend Nazila. We were hurt, and he didn't clear things with Anjali Arora, even though she had strong feelings for him.
Then, I got to know many things he lied about his relationships. We learned why his wife left him - she had caught him cheating multiple times, and later, he left his wife for Nazila. During this time, many of his fan pages exposed him and left him forever.
Soon after, I lost interest in him and unfollowed him from everywhere. I spent so much time on him, like making edits, writing shayari for him, and defending him on Twitter for so long. Due to his controversy, there was chaos in Hyderabad in 2022 when he came to perform. Many were arrested, but the next time he came live on Insta, he didn't talk about Hyderabad and the chaos caused by him and T Raja Singh. He only talked about his upcoming song, and that's when I realized he is a narcissist too.
I haven't watched a single episode of Bigg Boss, but I knew what he was doing inside the house through social media. And now, he got his karma. He is getting what he deserves. Although I'm not in favor of exposing someone this bad on a big national show - it may affect someone mentally and ruin their health, or someone might take a bad step too.
I can write more about him, but who will read it, lol. In the end, I can say that indeed, he is a good artist but not a good human. He is funny but not a loyal person.
