Bhutanese are very lucky that they have a great king like God.
I extremely love Druk-Yul or Bhutan and the Buddhist culture of Bhutan . That is why I feel tempted to comment on this video . It is uploaded on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom The first monarch of this land-locked country is HM Ugyen Wangchuk who ascended the throne in 1907 and ruled till 1926 . He was honoured by the British Govt . with the title Sir . The present king is the fifth in the Wangchuk Dynasty . I find this video to be very interesting and enjoyable . It is a compilation of many scenes and events of Bhutan . In the whole world the Bhutan King is the most handsome personality . He looks very kind-hearted and sympathetic . He is endowed with an ever -smiling countenance . He is seen freely mixing with his beloved subjects of all age . He is a lover of kids . It is very heart-touching when we notice him seated by his father's side or when we see his aged father HRHJigme Singye Wangchuk placing the hereditary crown on his son's head or when we see the present king , the former king and the would-be king representing three generations , are walking side by side along the red carpet strewn on the lawn of the Royal Palace . It is an important scene when the King is accompanied by HH the Je Khenpo ,the religious head of Bhutan . The most charming is the scene where the Druk-Gyalpo is accompanied by HM Jetsun Pema , the world's youngest queen . My thanks are due to Sonam Wangdi for the upload of this splendid video . Besides , I am connected as a member with a few groups such as Bhutanese Aspiring Writers, Bhutanese Writers Union, His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck Fan Club, Nepal Tibet and Bhutan, Dalai Lama etc. I have many posts in these groups. They are articles on Bhutan, poems on Bhutan ( one poem on the King, one poem on the Queen, one poem on the 70th Je Khenpo of Bhutan, one poem on Lama Rinpoche and so on. ) . I just recently started watching all about the King and Queen of Bhutan. I love that he loves her so much and decided not to have any more wives but her. She is beautiful and their sons are handsome.
