5:48Hello, I am Vietnamese. In this paragraph, this is a traffic accident in my country.
Context: Driver Dinh Tien Binh drove a car that did not ensure the conditions when overtaking as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 14 of the 2008 Road Traffic Law.
Regarding the accident, at about 2:40 p.m., August 12, at Km 1646+500 Tao Chor village (Ia Hrú commune, Chu Puh district), truck 81H-027.60 was driven by Mr. Dinh Tien Binh. Dak Lak to Gia Lai, passed car 81A-004.70 of HAGL Football Club traveling in the same direction and had a collision.
Specifically, in the process of overtaking, a car was detected going in the opposite direction, so driver Dinh Tien Binh drove to the right and collided with the left rear of the car, causing the car to lose control and hit the car head-on. Truck 47C-263.06 ran in the opposite direction, causing the car to be sandwiched between the front of two trucks. As a result, 3 people from HAGL Club died on the spot, including assistant coach Duong Minh Ninh and striker Paollo Oliveira ( 27 years old, Brazilian nationality) and doctor Dao Trong Tri (31 years old). The driver of the HAGL Club car, Nguyen Tu Sinh, was seriously injured.
