God of Mercy and Compassion - Catholic Lenten Hymn

This hymn is best suited for the Lenten Season, Passion tide or any penitential occassion or season. This hymn was written by a Redemptorist Priest Edmund Vaughan (1827-1908). The common tune of this hymn is adapted from the French tune AU SANG a traditional tune adapted by Italian composer Giovanni Battista Pergolesi (1710-1736).

One day I was in a pretty major argument with a friend and accidentally blasphemed the spirit. Thankfully I got it resolved with my friend, but was worried with the sin because it’s called “unforgivable”. But I researched and looked for mercy, and found out it’s forgiveable, and just by confession. Thankfully recently, I’ve built a pretty good friendship with my priest, and I’m thinking of getting it confessed soon.

It's only for acting, Jim Caviezel is not pretending to be God but only portraying Jesus Christ during His earthly life. Then actors who portray Hitler must be pretending to be Hitler wouldn't he?
