The concept was present . ..but to eat that you used iron treaded .. its a no no. ..atleast you could use stainless and weld it stainless. ..not used epoxy glue. ..the outcome is like shave milk ice...off couse i will not dare to eat that..

Where would I go to get all the supplies, wouldn’t it be easier to just buy a machine or make the ice cream from scratch using heavy whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk?
This is useless. Too fast rotation and too short mixer plates. Mixture was splashed all over the side surface cuz of the speed, and short plates couldn't reach them and break down ice structure so it froze just like in freezer creating hard ice block.
