Just fyi, the fidget cube has the possibility of breaking open and releasing a ton of tiny parts if dropped or thrown with sufficient velocity. Mine broke and I haven't been able to put it back together.
Has anyone actually looked into whether the materials and finishes on the toys are actually safe for children?
Some state BPA free but not all
More so for children's plates and cutlery and cups though

The only worry I would have is what paint they are using as the ones from wish had lead etc in them and Temu seems like wish with the Chinese cheap made products.

Toys say “3+” because after 3 you don’t need to do safety testing. They basically skipped out on testing for that toy when it should definitely be compliance tested before giving it to babies.

With the puzzle you should glue or tape the cards to a table and only the full puzzle could move and you could easily remember where it goes😊
You absolutely have to worry about lead when it comes to these toys. People get reported to the state because their kids showed positive for lead even though parents were unaware and just wanted to buy their kids cute and fun (but cheap!) toys
And formaldehyde in fabric items, like the stuffed toys.
I had my pediatrician tell me once my daughter had high lead levels and asked me why that was very aggressively and I had literally no idea! It turns out it came from an antique crib or the paint on it she had for one of her baby dolls.
Do you have a news article that shows where children (or adults for that matter) were exposed to lead specifically from Temu products?
Just one reputable published article that shows confirmed lead samples would work! Unless you don’t have….

We love temu! Have placed so many orders. They seem to ship and arrive within 2 weeks so far for us and tracking is amazing. Everything we got was great quality so far.
You should keep the magnets on your desk and glue it down for something fun to fidget whilst parents sign in and if your ever bored you can play with it 😂😂

the chainsaw-doggy thingy is from an anime. its called chainsaw man and that character is quite a great one but it has tons of blood and demons as well as heartbreak and 'dirty' things. its great and i believe it may be pg 13? idk but yeah a long as the kids dont search the anime up, which they probably wont, you are fine using the toy.

I had an order of Temu stuff arrive today! 5 pins, 3 cubes and 16 worms. (15 for me) and they are all really good quality so far! 2 worms came with one eye off so one of them ended up having no eyes since the remaining eye was removed. Be careful with some things since some toys are actually not made with plastic safe to put into mouths!

If your worried about the duck you could always sew the end of the zipper down
You can zip tie most zippers shut if you can’t and it’s a plastic zipper just melt the zipper a little to deform the plastic behind the handle if the zipper is metal just put a little glue in the same spot you would melt it and it does the same thing just might not hold as long I do this as a nanny with bean bags or stuffed animals like that one works like a charm!

I have bought from them not the toys but I have a shirt and some jewelry energy is actually good at some of my higher end stuff I wouldn’t do the rings because the sizes are funky If you do order the shirts, you have to like calculate your size into theirs.

Fyi, the reason Temu has stuff you've seen before but way cheaper - is because in many cases, they rip off other people's work. So supporting Temu is supporting intellectual property theft in some cases and they're also likely not tested to the standard of the ones you see from legitimate places.
That and they aren’t ethically made
A lot of their pins are stolen designs from Etsy sellers

You ever wonder why Walmart has 300 of one item etc... whole sale. Temu buys from whole sale also. But they don't rebrand and ship and resale at stores with employees. Its online. So in a sense they cut out a lot of middle man work. That's why it's cheaper.
Also some stuff is cheaper because it's made from different material. But they are honest on the descriptions. So read. They are not in charge of product. They are just selling it to you. With way less greed. They cut out the truck drivers and stores. Annoying customer lawsuits etc. And ship straight to you.
Their job is to return your money if you aren't satisfied. If you file lawsuits, it's for the product. That's between you and the manufacturer. Just like anywhere else.
They also wholesale you certain things like fishing lures. That's why you can get about 50 for 2 bucks. Etc... manufacturers also can sell their products there, selling directly to customers also saves money. No greed. No stores with bills.. Just fair business.
Now it is foreign business.... As you can imagine our people who control what we like and don't, they have a big say and money influence to say stuff like... They can hack you, it's a Chinese base or blah blah... You get it. It's all over the place.
