Can you do a Temtem comparison video between Switch, PS5 and Xbox Series?, it's not every time we see a game coming out for Switch, but not for PS4 and Xbox One, I really want to see the difference from the Switch version to the PS5 especially in graphics and loading time.
These animations are some of the best in the industry. The level of detail is insane.

I have to say, what Naughty Dog did with The Last of Us 2 on PS4 is beyond amazing. It proves that if you have a competent company theres no need to 1400 USD GPU to have mind blowing graphics!

I wouldn't say mind blowing... but they certainly pushed the PS4 to its limits. But it was also 1080p/1440p 30fps locked on the PS4 and Pro, limitations that wouldn't have been in place if it were a PC game.
@wolfjhon People who want to the sell the most games possible would want to make the game accessible to all people and not just a very few who own high end GPUs which would reduce their sales.

I wish more developers focus on "dynamic" elements of the games such as physics, animations, AI and attention to details instead of shiny, generic and superficial static visuals.

@@danielyoungblood8525 Not like this usually they are a after thought and they sprinkle in a few minor things. This game has lots of physics objects, effects, etc. Naughty dog, Rockstar, and indie devs seem to be the only ones bothering with it now there are so many static game sure the graphics are good but everything seems nailed down like a static playground and things tend to have very little reaction to your actions. Rdr 2 had a ton of great physics and interactions in the environment. I feel at some point developers just stopped bothering with physics like they don't matter but they actually add a ton to games for the gameplay and presentation it makes it feel so much more alive and real. Games like Gta 4, half life 2, fear, left 4 dead, fallout 3/nv, etc. They just don't make games the way they used to graphics are not everything the thing is they can do both the older consoles have proved this they are just trying to limit development time and costs to get as much money possible and it makes bland experiences. Yes there are new games out there with a good amount of physics but they are alot less common then they where.

More and better physics. The water effects are improved a lot, they now cause ripples that bounce to each other.
I also wonder what Naughty Dog next title is going to be. Remember ND first title on Ps4 was TLOU1 remastered. Next game was the incredible Uncharted 4 which was a great leap graphically. Now their first ps5 game is ironically TLOU1 remake which looks very good. There next game should be incredible if they follow the trend

i think its a NEW ip since neil druckman (the CEO of ND) has a teaser for a new "that" game in his instagram bio and i think its not factions since they have revealed its production already. i probably believe that their next game is a new bigger scale IP but it can be just me being optimistic lol
Every naughty dog game comes out near the end of the cycle, and it always stands out as game changing to the point where they are able to stand there ground against the next gen titles. We saw it with last of us part 2. We are t even ready for what they will do with there main ps5 title in a few years whatever it is will blow our tiny minds 🤯
Something that struck me playing Part 1 - The bloater that comes after you in the hotel in the basement - You actually see the ripples in the water before the bloater comes through the door. I thought that was pretty neat.
The graphics of tlou2 is ahead of it's time, even though we have entered the “next gen” this level of fidelity is not there in most games where it should be there(games that are released)
Even at 30fps the fact that my base ps4 can run pt 2 is insane.

@@lucasart328 I’d have to disagree respectfully. We’ve came a long way. I’d say that the mid 2000s were the peak of In Game mechanics opposed to now. Resident evil 4 and 5 was amazing. I’d even throw in tekken and God of war.

TLOU Part 1 looks a little better but TLOU Part 2 has some really cool environments and level design that overall I prefer that from a graphical standpoint. I can't wait for Part 3 where they properly design a game from scratch on the PS5.
And I cant wait to see what part 3 remastered looks like on ps6, then the remake on ps7.
The Last of us part 1 on the PS5 was made from scratch for the PS5, which is why it looks so good. It's not a remaster, it's a fully blown, made from scratch remake.

Part 3 could be a PS6 game if the online version hits big.
Obviously they had more 2-3 years to improve graphics comparing to TLOU2. And you can see it in small details. Also Part 1 is developed specifically for PS5 and uses its benefits of next gen. But the difference is so small that you can feel it only side-by-side. PS Part 2 is still graphics masterpiece (my opinion - one of the best looking game of all time)
So they released only on PS5 not because it was only possible on that platform, clearly. They just wanted to scrape off that extra 10$ next-gen tax from the costumer.
Because it is not fully utilized for PS5 like they claim to be, it's just marketing.

I thought the games were pretty much identical when it came to graphics but I guess I was wrong. Part 1 looks much cleaner and I do love the physics

Definitely Hardware limitations for a device that came out in 2013. Part 1 is now better because its a newer version and improved some of the animations and physics over Part 2.

Seriously can't wait to get a glimpse at what they are cookin' up. I'm extremely hopeful and optimistic as none of their titles or multiplayer experiences have been a disappointment so far. Factions is still a game I play to this day, absolute banger.

La diferencia para mi es basicamente que la Parte 1 tiene mejores texturas a mi parecer y algunos efectos, cumple con los estandares minimos para un estudio como ND.
Creo que el juego tambien estaba en desarrollo para PS4, el juego se mueve con el motor ND para PS4 en una PS5.

What naughty dog does is so far ahead of the other games. The care and ingenuity of their development is indescribable. I had played the 2nd part it was a profound experience. And now I'm playing the first one on the ps5 with remaster and it blows me away even more.
It's really an example of how competence in employees matters.. I mean the management structure would have been responsible in attracting and recruiting the right people, but if that dev/design talent goes somewhere else then you're talking about a very different story. Luck is also involved in attracting the right people- it's lucky for us that a large collection of such talented people top to bottom landed in the same company to culminate in such an ambitious and polished product.
It really is impressive. Rockstar is on their level too, both companies push the industry every time in terms of detail and visual presentation

Unfortunately, the studio has trouble finding people now because their employees were working so much overtime and had so much pressure that people got sick. This unique quality has a very high price.

As much as I adore this masterpiece, Uncharted 1 and 2 deserved remakes before this did.
Actually, that was the original plan. After TLOU2 wrapped up and the team were waiting for full production to get going on their next project, they had to give them something to do.
They chose to remake Uncharted 1. But soon found out it was going to take far too long because of it's age, it meant they'd have to completely remake the entire game from scratch. So they tested TLOU out and found it was much easier and more time efficient to remake that.

Lo que me jode un poco, es que el Remake sigue teniendo bastantes animaciones antiguas en cuanto al gameplay. Como la postura que tienen al apuntar o cuando se colocan el rifle y el arco en la espalda y queda flotando mágicamente. O también las animaciones de recarga. Hubiera sido increíble si tuviera más cosas de la Parte II

El remake sin duda es una pasada en el apartado técnico y visual.
Pero el 2 no se queda atrás. Ambos están a la par, solo que ps5 tiene puntos extra por mejor resolución y texturizado.
Y con algunos recortes, este remake pudo haber salido bien para la ps4.

I bought Tlou part 1 last night. I was worried that the graphics would be the same as part 2. I love part 2s graphics...but I paid 1200 for a ps5 two years ago for...yup...better graphics.
Rest assured...it took like two minutes of actual gameplay following Tess to put my worried mind at ease..

Walking through the grass to a small pond...their were high rez reflections of the surrounding buildings in the pond. Highest quality I've ever seen on anything...ever
Came to another creek with green floating moss inside. Tess walked by and mixed some of it up. All 100% real time in game.. he AI character just happened to walk by as I was admiring the floating moss and reflections.
The water and mossed moved in a realistic circular motion and the reflections from surrounding environment also moved with the swirling water.
I don't know what to say..

Part 1 is such a weird product. It looks graphically gorgeous even surpassing part 2 but plays as an old game with very little changes to update it. They should have taken their time and expanded the games levels, adding in the full movement suite from Part 2 which leads to far more dynamic and fun gameplay.
They literally can do it. But they didn’t want to . Because people jumping in from part 1 to part 2 should know the difference between gameplay and how each character plays differently to their strengths.

played the games backwards, so PT2 first then Remastered. The thing i noticed right away playing remastered (aside from graphics.) was the objects being kicked around as i moved around the environment

I am surprised; how can both games look identical graphically when each is made from the ground up for a different generation of consoles? The difference between the PS3 game and Part 2 is unmistakable (so is GoW PS3 and GoW PS4). But Part 1 and Part 2 look the same here. The difference should be night and day just like with any other generational difference.

Because it's not built from the ground up. They lied. They used part 2's engine which was made for the PS4 and improved upon it. This is basically a PS4 game remastered for the PS5. And the fact that they're charging 70$ and didn't even include it in the ps plus premium catalogue is ridiculous. The price would've been justified if it was a true next gen remake. No wonder Playstation is dying, they are becoming greedier than Microsoft. I wouldn't be surprised if god of war ragnarok fails

Se ve súper aunque no sé si sea idea mía que por momentos se ve excelente la de ps5 y por ratos se ve igual al de PS4 o incluso la versión de PS4 tiene colores más cálidos y de ps5 se ve más opaco o claro
da igual eso, son cosas artísticas. El vídeo muetra que tlou1 se ve igual de potente graficamente y mejor en texturas que el 2, y por tanto, si del 1 original remaster al 2 había un mundo, ahora del remake al remaster, también.

Part 2 could get a remaster to bring it to Part 1 level, and it requires very little work, just high-res cube maps for the reflections, some higher-res and/or more detailed textures in some places (the bricks for example or the pixelated smoke), and a little bit more details on characters' skin. Of course it should be an update for the base game, and not a new game altogether (wouldn't pay more than 10$ for this), but it could easily be done (and I'm sure they'll do it so they can port the game to PC right after)

Playing it now on PC, good to see the game didn't skip any of the details from Part 2 and looks significantly better due to how much cleaner it looks.

Yes they could, but they chose not to. Because they already released the remastered on ps4, it would make them look bad to release the remake in the same platform. So they only release on the ps5 to make people think it's next-gen and people fall for that. I said it on the first trailer it's just reusing the same assets and engine of tlou 2, and people still arguing with with me and don't believe it, after seeing all those next-gen games trailers.

TLOU1 fácilmente pudo haber salido para PS4 sin ningún problema
El uno se ve mucho mejor, es que el detalle del mapeado y número de cosas en el ambiente no son capaces de ser soportadas en la ps4. Osea esta fue creada para totalmente ps5 sin tener que limitarse a un hardware muy inferior. Que solo trae más trabajo y pérdida de dinero.
Si la PS4 pudo correr el 1 y el 2 con el viejo y nuevo motor de juego (ya que el 1 remake usa exactamente el mismo que el del 2) fácilmente la PS4 lo podía correr, simplemente Sony trata de gatekeepear el juego solamente para la PS5 para más ventas, sacarte la plata y causar hype por la nuevo serie de HBO Max, sinceramente ni vale la pena.

@@doomslayer8985 no leíste bien? No ves cuando comparan las versiones de ps4 y ps5 de los juegos que notas? Siempre quitan muchos elementos del ambiente y la resolución y distancia de dibujado muy inferiores. Tiene el mismo motor pero lo están usando al 100% y en la parte 2 lo usaban limitado porqué una ps4 no puede soportar un entorno supercargado con alta calidad de detalles.

Se pego un gran salto gráfico entre parte 2 de ps4 y parte 1 de ps5 , era obvio se aprovecho la mayor potencia gráfica de la consola de nueva generación 👌

Cuál gran salto, apenas se ve diferencia, si la hay pero no se ve la diferencia de generación, si quieres ver una verdadera diferencia de generación, ve como se ve the last of remaster vs tlou2, ahí si hay una gran diferencia, aca solo fueron retoques

@@gohankaka danos el grandioso ejemplo de un juego actual que demuestre esa maravillosa diferencia entre generaciones....porque entre este y el horizon fw son de lo mejor que hay a dia de hoy en cuestion tecnica y aun asi chillan de que no hay una "verdadera diferencia"......supongo que las demas compañias han sacado muchos juegos impresionantes tecnicamente hablando como para quejarse por un remake.....
Crazy how detailed the game is. Animations in part 2 look slightly more smooth though. Part 1 is a bit more stiff in some parts but still looks amazing. The reflections are way better in part 1 now they look insanely good

Don't get me wrong. The remake of pt 1 looks great, but if this is the difference between PS4 and PS5, i think it's quite small. Both are comparable in graphical fidelity, while the PS5 is vastly superior as hardware. Part 1 looks as if it could have been released on PS4.
Its running on the same engine used for part 2. Thats the reason i dont understand why they choose to release it only on ps5. They could have easily released part 1 on ps4 with a dynamic 1080p 30fps lock and it would have resulted in more sales and money.

It can run this remake if downgraded a bit. But they want you to buy a PS5. And it makes sense. It would suck to play this remake with half the features and at 900p 30fps either way. So get a PS5 and if you can't too bad life goes on you'll play it sooner or later anyway

Like always good comparison dude . But indeed this comparison only show for us the probability this game to run on the ps4 , because the TLOU 2 sometimes are better in details . Although i understand that Sony wants lift up the ps5 . So of course I love this game, but was unnecessary to release and the full price it's a shame too much , at least the ps4 was running this .

Luego del remaster desastroso que fue gta trilogy, ya se ha perdido bastante esa fe en Rockstar sobre un posible remake de Re Dead 1

@@Pepplay33 yeah because you can make a remake of the same game but with a different or new history (FF7 )but in this case the only difference is the engine.
The difference between those two is pretty unnoticeable, there are some things that are tiny bit better in Part 1 but both of these games look so so fucking good and are probably at top 10 best looking games ever. It's so unreal to me that game that is playable can look this good and immersive!
Part 1 should’ve looked better imo since it didn’t have last gen holding it back but they’re hardly have any difference

No era necesario, Ellie en la primera parte era una niña con algo de habilidad en las armas y combate, está bien que tenga sus limitaciones, así demuestra su desarrollo y formación en combate que tuvo hasta la segunda entrega.
