Capt Viriato takes up three issues raised by Herald TV

South Goa MP Capt Viriato Fernandes has said the last child in the village should get the benefit of development. He called for focus on education, water, environment and medical facilities. Fernandes pointed out to the three issues raised by Herald TV - the lack of road for Carla Student, the case of 85 year old Bhagirathi unable to get her pension and the lack of facilities at PHC and CHC where they have to rush to South Goa District Hospital for medical care.

We too here in Calata- Majorda don't have a proper road to our residences for years when there are roads built all over our village. This i behind the Bank of Baroda only illegalities done with blessings of the local authorities blocking of traditional access etc. We have our senior citizens too who have to suffer the consequences of this injustice done to us. You need to come and see for yourself Sir...
