Had an option of Choosing VIT Vellore IT in cat 2 vs VIT Chennai Cs with ai ml in cat 1... Chose VIT Chennai and no regretting a bit... It has its own pros like the City life if u want to enjoy a bit then it's closer to airport so whenever u feel to go back home u get there easily without hassle ... 190 Acre Campus which is quite enough to serve it's needs with everything in the campus.... And as the placements are same so I chose the best option in terms of Finances ...

You can, in category 4 or 5 lol, you’ll have to pay like 4-5 lakhs per Annum
@@aryamanrai1972 I've taken VIT Vellore core CSE in category 5 last year, and I can assure you its worth. The exposure and curriculum is awesome here.
I got 9.2 CGPA in sem 1 and expecting 9+ in sem 2 also. If anyone can afford, then I think there's no reason to not opt for VIT Vellore in cat4 or cat5.
Speaking of me, my parents' monthly household income is 4 lacs. So giving out 5.5-6 lacs per year (including mess and 2 room AC hostel) as my college fees is not that much of an issue for them.
