  • Trust in the context of workplace refers to our ability to predict what other people will do and what situations will occur - that may be in support of our wellbeing.
    Trusting our manager, for example, means we accept that we are vulnerable to their actions and, at the same time, expect that s/he will behave honestly and with integrity despite the circumstances.
    Is there any benefit to leaders being ‘trusted’? In fact, there is... Research validates for us that being a trusted leader brings upon very clear organizational results. This video summarizes how one can build trust with team members as a leader/ manager of an organization.
