Wow $70 bucks! That's waaaay too much. Thank you so much Neville. Happy new year 🎆
absolutely mental some people are
That's what I say it's called greed there just sitting collecting dust rotting and rather than sell reasonable. They rather let them dick they could be sold and give to charity or give to homeless I'm homeless for almost two yrs myself it makes me sick to see these
@@mikenewbold1699jealous it’s not for you😂
How the hell does this hapoens@@RangerRickTV
I'm happy to see they finally got security to protect it ,I hate when people destroy others property,I mean if your homeless and u find a place to stay do t tear it up ,have respect for others
yeah but i didn't undestand also put a price alwost double that was paid...it's unfair. The owner he's rather that happen all this sad situation than sell it an razonable price ...bah...and i m sure that it's not poor
Too little too late.
Have respect for someone else's belongings?!! Drugs, alcohol, and psych dictates that they are incapable of preserving others things.
Agree
Stop generalizing everyone who is homeless. Those who need the most support. Addiction is a disease. They need help. Not someone saying they are completely incompetent. @@RENEEJackson-fp4lz
Regardless of how rich a person is, I don't understand why they'd just leave this investment to rot rather than trying to do something with it like renting it out or even having it as a air b&b to keep it occupied. I know that rentals get vandalized as well but just leaving it to slowly rot a depreciate is just so wrong. Even figure something else out to help people in need but I also know that the neighbourhood would prevent certain ventures due to its exclusivity!!
I always hate to see beautiful places left to rot and to be vandalized!
AB&b?? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 do you know what community is that? Not the type for AB&B.
I noticed when people have soo much money they dont be caring they just think i will get another one or its really nothing because they have money on top of money
The guy who owned it could have sold it for 11 million. It ended up in a bankruptcy sale for 8.2 million. To much city noise for me.
@@heather4089You're actually incorrect. They have their own exclusive ABB style websites and apps. Same concept. Different brands.
@@omnivosYou can't hear city noise from up on the hills.
I wouldn’t want to live in something that big . I’m happy in a regular house as long as my bathroom, kitchen and bedroom is Large..
It’s sad that we have so many homeless people with all of these gorgeous homes and mansions. Just sitting around empty.
Yes!
My thoughts exactly....
Most of the homeless are druggies...they will trash it or rip it up and sell what they can...do you think they will move n fix it up..
Homeless people are the reason this place and others have been destroyed! They do not care about other person’s properties
I truely agree. .there enough empty homes and buildings to house the homeless
That was a fabulous home. I can’t help but always think there’s no way I could ever make full use of such an extravagant dwelling.
Why do people abandon them
@@brendaamata9233Good question. Sounds like this guy was probably just spoiled.
@SmartyHome-hu5pt Right. Just SPOILED. He's not the rich one. His DAD is.
1 minute 39 seconds in and I get a eerie feeling “if those walls could talk” imagine all the sick stuff that happened between those walls!!
It must be nice to be so rich that you can abandon a house like this. It's gorgeous.
Here i am sitting in my 3 bedroom 1100 sq foot house that can fit in the master bedroom of this house wondering how anyone could just abandon such a beautiful home. What is would do to have that house. Some people have so much that they don’t deserve… most people deserve more than they will ever have
Raised 4 children in a three bedroom home. The home not counting carport and utility room is just over a thousand square feet. My husband an I sure had to work hard to pay for this home. Still here, kids grown. I can't even imagine the taxes and home owners insurance on a place like that.
Does you’re house have bathrooms?
❤ Muy 👍 cierto lo que dices!!!!
That’s probably one of the most well made mansions I’ve ever seen.
Imagine being so rich that you can just leave this house and keep in on the market indefinetly.
Probably declared bankruptcy or just let the bank take it back
Rich people can do that too
Its a shame that people destroy other people's property none the less still a place
and sleep on their beds😒
Glad to hear they are restoring this beautiful pkace. Glad they have security now also.
Too little too late.
Wow!! One of the Sickest Houses i've ever seen!! Man i'd never would've abandoned this House if i lived here!! I'd keep it Forever and just keep renovating it!
Ikr! 💯
A house like this might not mean as much, to someone with endless income streams. They'd just buy another, more opulent manor.
The banks and Government abandoned them for you
I'm still wondering why Mansions of this size and opulence are being built since they always seem to have trouble reselling and keeping any permanent residence. They just get left to what happened to this one. I'm also saddened and disgusted at the purposely broken stone stair treds, that is just so unbelievable. Thanks for the tour. Loved the Rainfall shower.
the property tax goes up after every sell...
Its to bad that these owners could save these homes
"Villa Allegra" you can google the house to see how it looked before. Such a gorgeous home.
Oh wow, it was even more gorgeous!
Beautifully designed home.💙💙💙Hole in closet probably for a safe. So much character! Glad to hear someone snapped it up and is renovating.🎉
Could be for safe or child trafficking
That 2 ft. Tall cut out hole in the long master closet was where a safe was encased at one time. They must have removed it when they left. Nice house. Thanks for sharing!
Hi local from SoCal here what this man didn't mention in the video here is the last owner was a doctor who convicted on some sort of fraud charges can't remember exactly what and before they we're able to fully prosecute him the doctor took off and they haven't been able to find him. So I am assuming he is the one who took the safe obviously..
All this was mentioned on our local news when this was broad cast
Cut outs in a closet are generally so you can access any water pipes on the other side without having to rip out the tile on the bath-side to get to any leak.
I would love kitchen cabinets and sofas wow .
They can open this home for Veterans and single working Americans that we all face hardships ❤❤❤Amazingly beautiful home
It is stupid to put the house at a higher and higher price (much more than what was paid) after abandoning it. I really don't understand the point... Wasn't it better at half price than what the man paid for it? It's better to get some money back than to see the house rotten always more day by day and let all this strange situation pass
I love this video. Super cool. I love the design elements and multi-level floor. According to the article it was built in 2009, but if you factor in planning and concept, it’s probably closer to earlier 2000. Article says he spent 6 years detailing it. It’s Venetian opulence. The only thing I would ding is the kitchen, it was tiny and off to the side. Open concept kitchen has evolved over the years and is currently the modern standard.
I seen this house on million dollar listing once cant believe its even like this
With a house worth that much why they don"t hire a house sitter amazes me.
I kept wondering why not have a security guard. So much less expensive than all the repairs.
Exactly 💯
Thank you for sharing this I would love to see the after video when it gets renovated it was very nice at one time it’s sad that they broke in and messed with it .
Middleton contends he spent $780,000 a year to rent a house on Malibu’s Broad Beach from 2012 to 2016 and that Lee “demanded use of the home” under the threat of losing credits, including allowing Christian Bale to stay there during one Labor Day weekend (Lee was allegedly wooing the star for a project) and using it as a writers room for The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part. “When asked to vacate by Roy, John would move his belongings into one closet in the house and temporarily move into a hotel,” says Middleton’s spokesperson, Sallie Hofmeister of Sitrick and Co. “John couldn’t use his own house … without seeking Roy’s authorization.” Is this the same home?
Gorgeous homes sadly Soo many homeless people Soo many empty beautiful places Love the mansion home
What an extravagant house, but this is definitely not my cup of tea. I wouldn't want my house to feel like a museum, but some of the features of this place would be nice to have like the waterfall but on a smaller scale. The theater I wouldn't want because I don't care for movies. That swimming pool between the walls like that, what the hell were they thinking? Can't put any lawn furniture around there, can barely even walk through there.
Strange how the police cant move sqatters from an average persons home legally can do NOTHING !! but seem to have no trouble getting them out of RICH PE0PLES HOMES !!
💯
Don't forget abandoned homes... like there's noone in there lol
Why do squatters tear things up in homes that don't belong to them. Ok. Sleep there, but don't tear up other people's items . You are mean people.
You are correct 💯
Dude, its cringe as heck when you turn on the water in this place. I get that it's abandoned; but is it really necessary to add to the water damages?
It’s sad the vandalism that goes on in these gorgeous homes I’m glad they are renovating it to sell it the views are amazing
The doors in the master bedroom are etched glass, not stained glass. The etching is what makes part of the glass not see through and makes patterns between plain glass and etched.
These abandoned mansions just make me sick. There are so many people without any home but then these greedy rich people just abandon these huge mansions many with belongings, furniture, etc still in them and let them just rot.
Wooooow!!! Fantastic find and great filming! Thank you for sharing!!
💯 !
A da nama nekima je tjesno. Imaš vodu, struju i to je to
I believe the ( Cigar ) room would be what the Proper English would call a Library or the Americans would call a Study Also you were showing us Etched glass not stained glass. I like the size of the home but to be honest my uncle had condos in Orange beach Alabama that would rival that place.
First I do love the windows but could u imagine if someone was like stalking u . I wouldn’t want to be all open like that. But it’s beautiful and even though it’s abandoned, it’s still up for sale, so I just can’t see why people have to graffiti everywhere and I’m surprised they don’t have security patrolling the area.
It has security detail, now, due to all the in-and-out squatters.
@@Solutions3000 good I would always thought the wealthy areas would have security
@@Livingdeadgirl72local from SoCal no the wealthy appreciate their privacy but if they want that extra layer of security that is where they decide to move into gated communities
This home was beautiful I would love to see a view like that all I can say is omg if someone was sleeping there because they dent have no where to go don't vandalize the property but they don't care cause they dent work for it but it was a beautiful Mansion.
Gorgeous, I love the Italian feel of it. ✨🍃🌹🌿✨
Amazing place thanks for showing us. Hi from UK England 🇬🇧
14:10 gorgeous art, should do the whole area like that 😫 someone would appreciate it
They could ask anyone to take care of it and im sure someone would happily do so ❤️
That is to much House !!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ very beautiful Mansion !!!!
I love this Can of vidéo,every Time watching huge abandonned housse you feel really bizarre sentiments about life ,about the Time pass..
Also i live in à 35 m2 studio in huge student town in south of France ,i have a bed wall and a tyni kitchen and shower but i dont know why i feel so much confortable, safe ,and great in my small place when i watch those huge abandonned and dead house and palace on CZcams....yes maybe because i Am alive and those place look dead and from the past Time defenetly Lost ...
Really bizarre yes ,i like it merci from France 👍
Why is the water on? If I'm a day late paying the water bill, it gets cut off.
A beautiful mansion. Thanks for the video from Morrow Ga.
I just can’t understand why people go in to them places to rip it apart it’s a shame
Not wine,,,, it's a humidor. CIGARS
ive noticed many of these homes are are being abandoned as though the owner just disappears. most business men would not sink that much money into a property only to leave it unsecured. you would have windows covered doors and entrys locked, you would leave camera security running, you would notify local police department no one should be on property but landscaper. there is more going on that squatters, im guessing there is a tunnel some where on property. makes me think of EO 13818
A tunnel? that would be awesome!
Yes. they were probably trafficking children and adults for sex. Also for satanic sacrifices.
@@RangerRickTV Yes. they were probably trafficking children and adults for sex. Also for satanic sacrifices.
I left this comment already twice but I suppose I will leave it one more time and stop looking at the comments because so many are equally wondering the same same so here you go: Hi local from SoCal here what this man didn't mention in the video here is the last owner was a doctor who convicted on some sort of fraud charges can't remember exactly what and before they we're able to fully prosecute him the doctor took off and they haven't been able to find him. Awesome video make more in the Hollywood hills!! Please
If gross negligence was a place. This would be it.
You guys keep safety there that house has things inside
Such a beautiful home....Love it ❤
Ikr 😂💙
I have just come across your channel and really enjoyed it, you have a very nice way of putting it over. I have subscribed. Happy new year to you to.
💜INCROYABLE!💜
Cool find. I wouldn't necessarily say that the is owned by "a Hollywood celebrity ". Sounds like it was owned by a son of someone who had a done a couple of projects in Hollywood.
That doesn't matter he's more upper management rather than just an actor still a celebrity but more opportunities than an actor per say.
Whatever they can stretch for views lol
I can’t imagine just walking away and leaving all of those belongs! I probably could not even afford one of those sofas shown earlier in the living room. What a waste…. so much beautiful woodwork and crown molding and rails and iron gates and architecture just completely going to ruin. Must be nice to have money to literally throw away.
Showing love from San Diego California ❤
Ready player one was a great film! I loved the book. I'd say they got alot of free stuff from friends in the industry. Super awesome tour!
I found out later he was a producer in that movie.
The dome was an entry way for the homeowner after he would park his cars. Even though he had an actual garage that dome led to an outdoor carport/driveway. Cool shxt.
Subscribed! Love this!!
Why is it abandoned? What a waste of money!
That view is facing southwest, that isn’t DTLA…that’s the Century City skyline, FYI…
Should let Homeless stay therebut be nice if they cleaned it and kept it clean like their cardboard mansion
This is a Celebrities house cause it was featured on MTV cribs cause I remember seeing it on there. I'm 💯 sure it was Beibers or Britney Spears. It wasn't no directors or producers house.
Take a drink every time he says "look at that".
Haaa!
One of the cool things you do that others dont is----- YOu also show whats outside the window in each room.. Like even the bathrooms to show what the view is.. Attention to detail :)
I love looking out windows! 🪟
Wow🎉 absolutely beautiful ❤
What is the pschology behind those squatters, demolishing these lovely houses, they live in for free... even blurring the beautiful view for themselves.
I can not own it, so nobody will enjoy this? Something like that??
I guess you're right.
Great Video🤜🏻🤛🏻
Cool mansion! Thank you for your explore! It's a good video on Mute and without your hand blocking the view
Glad you enjoyed!
Awesome video
The entire home has a old Roman feel about it .
We have to remember, that no matter how wealthy someone is, it takes a lot of money for upkeep. Yes they are beautiful and impressive.
Yes Hollywood Hills has had many ups & downs over the years...
Great walk through! Crazy to see such a home to unmanned like that
That's a very good point. Put those homeless people in there but our state is not smart enough to think about that or even just not just the mansions but any homes that are abandoned our politicians don't think that way unfortunately the only thing for themselves
Great video.❤❤❤❤
I remember seeing this story on the news, I was hoping someone would tour the property and post the footage
I'm certain the water was on via the squatter community lol. Definitely unbeknownst to the water company lol
I would never just leave a place like that! I.could move my family of 4 in there plus my son and his family and still have plenty of room left.
This is a gorgeous mansion
Dude that's not brick on the outside. And not a single door was "stained glass". It's just railing not a gate.
Thanks!
Yooooo 🤗 Thank you so much Teresa!
Beautiful ❤
If I was homeless I wouldn't trash the home. I would be greatful.
That room looks a Library or Office. Very nice home
How do you guys gain access? Isn't it considered "breaking and entering"?
WOW what a gem! It's kinda disturbing that someone has that much money that they can let a mega multi million dollar home still with utilities running and let it rot away......as if money grows on tree's! And taxpayers money is used to deal with squatters and not to mention the poor neighbors that prob lose sleep wondering who's coming in & out of that place!
Regardless it was a beautiful find❤❤❤
The problem is that homeless people have no money amd often alcohol is all they buy for theyr money. What....would they do with a mansion like this? Do you think they pay the bills for heating electricity and other stuff?, or cleaning.... you need gardeners, cleaning staff. Even a normal working man could not handle this mansion.
More money than sense, that's why they can just walk away and leave it.....
I don't understand how they couldn't make this something that poor people could afford and live in ,
That is one awesome mansion 👍🏻👍🏻
What a waste of money, materials and labor.
looks like somewhere P Diddy could have of had his parties 😂😂😂
I was lucky and saw it before it was taken fown this place was cool thank you for all you do
Yoooo Robbie I hear ya!
That was a pocket door to the bathroom off the kitchen. Not a barndoor
Good video, very interesting.
Glad you enjoyed it
