My grandmother always said : "God will provide, I don't worry". She lived to 99 and she never lacked anything . Died peacefully from old age .

Back when Duck Dynasty was still on, I used to think this guy was a yahoo. I also thought the idea of a “man in the sky” was laughable. I’m happy to admit that I was the yahoo and that atheism is laughable. Praise the Lord!

Thank you Phil.. one thing I’ve learned in my now, 70 years of living, but more importantly, the last 20, since I gave my heart to Jesus, is to be content in all situations. I live by this, just as you do Phil and I sleep well at night because of it. We know the end of the story that God wins, and I don’t understand how Christians can get themselves, so worked up about the state of the world when we know that God wins in the end. And we know that our hope in our future is with him, and we will live with him in eternity. And yes, the state of our world is in terrible shape, but is no different than if you read the old testament and recently I did a Bible study and second kings, and read story after story in the Bible of the evil that was in everyone and it’s just the same as it is today. thank you for preaching and showing us your heart for Jesus and as you said, we all need to “calm down”.

So much truth and wisdom coming from Phil Robertson right here. “I have learned to be content”. How are we going to learn to be content if all of our circumstances are easy and don’t require us to learn anything? I love it.
