Farm morning rituals and grounding for a productive day

The morning and evening routine on the farm involves checking on the farm animals. the kids love doing it and it’s nice to catch some nature as well. When homeschooling kids, especially those with neurodivergent needs it is important to establish rituals and routines. getting out and connecting with nature really helps by grounding us and starting the day off right.
