I'm really happy for the band, no one deserves the accolades more. I still can't believe my eyes when I see John back in the RHCP. The new album is incredible, I can't stop listening to it! BTW That woman introducing everything in the leopard print dress had WAY too much caffeine. I really wish I didn't choose to watch this with headphones, she deafened me to the point where I almost couldn't hear the band make their speeches 😂

What's up man. 1) the podium is always placed at the top of the star... it's part of the ceremony and picture ops, otherwise it probably would have been facing the majority of the crowd BUT 2) they do not get this many people to come to these on a regular basis, so I would not be surprised if they were only prepared for fans to be on the sidewalk, anyway... clearly, that didn't work. It's just the semantics of making this work for everybody.

ومع نهاية ذلك اليوم وهم يسلكون طريق العودة والتي من المفترض أن تكون جميلة ويحملوا بين طياتها ذكريات سعيدة لم تكن إلا بداية لمأساتهم، فلم يتبقى في أذهانهم من تلك الرحلة وإن اختلفت الظروف غير اتفاقهم جميعاً على شيء واحد وهو بقاء الحال من المحال
وكانت المشاعر التي تفيض في رايموند في تلك اللحظة هي نفس المرارة التي انتابته بعد رحيل والدته ولكن الفرق الآن انه ذرف وشعر بمرارة تلك الدموع مرة اخرى عندما تذكر……….........*
[احتضن والدته وقبّل يدها وطبع اخرى عميقة وطويلة جداً في جبينها ثم انصرف سريعاً ليقف خارج الغرفة وهو يحاول جاهداً أن يبتسم ويتاملها من خلف الزجاج وقد غطى الأنابيب كامل جسدها النحيل اما هي فرسمت ابتسامة باردة له مع دمعة يتيمة انزلقت على وجنتيها الشاحبة، نعم لقد عذرته لانها تعرفه جيداً وكيف أنه يمقت لحظات الفراق تلك وها هو يخوضها للمرة الاولى أمامها فوضع راحة كلتا يديه فوق حائط الزجاج واخذ يراقبها بألم.
فيما اقترب ريتشيل منها بهدوء حاملاً معه المقعد وجلس فيه ثم مال نحوها وتناول بلطف وضمّ يدها النحيلة بكلتا يديه المجعدة مع ابتسامته المعهودة وراح يخبرها انه مع كل هذا الملامح الصفراء في وجهها و زرقه شفتيها إلاّ انها لا تزال الأرق والاجمل في نظره واخيراً اعترف لها هامساً انه يكنّ لها مشاعر خاصة وخاصة جداً ولن تخمد برحيلها، ثم صمت فجأة! فشاهد رايموند احدى يدا والدته ترتفع نحو وجه ريتشل وتربّت عليه لثواني وهي تنصت له مع ابتسامة باهته وهو يقول لها وبصوت يجهش بالبكاء:- حتى وان ابعدتك الرمال عني سأظل (احبك...جوري).
خرجت تلك الكلمة اخيراً مع غصة حارقة وبعد أن كانت جاثمة لسنوات في صدره..:- (ولكن ما فائدتها الان برأيك ياعم ريتشل قل لي مافائدتها..؟! لما جائت متاخراً؟ لم تكن سوى كلمة غبية لا نبض فيها ولا طعم لها، انها لا تعني شيء الآن نعم لا شيء البتة)
هكذا حدث رايموند نفسه في عقله فهو يدرك تماماً بأن رغم صدق تلك الكلمة وروعتها إلاّ انها الان مثل السراب ما لبثت أن تلاشت كفقاعة صابون مع سقوط ذراع والدته أمام أعينهما ليرفع رايموند راسه عالياً ويطلق معها صرخة مدوية ملئت ردهة المشفى:- اماااااه.
اما ريتشل فكتم صرخته بان قبّل جبينها بعمق ثم عزّا ندمه بان سمح لنفسه أن يريح رأسه في حجرها باكياً] .
وهكذا…. سأل رايموند نفسه سؤالاً لم يكن ليجد ابداً لها اي اجابات سوى عند اصحاب من رحلوا عن الحياة:- (لما تكون الايادي اكثراً دفئاً..! لما ننتقي الكلمات اللطيفة وتكون الدموع هي اللغة الوحيدة المشتركة لحظتها..! لما يصبح العناق أكثر حميمية أثناء الوداع وقبل الرحيل..! لما..! لما...!؟)

And with the end of that day, as they took the road back, which is supposed to be beautiful, and they carry with it happy memories that were only the beginning of their tragedy. There was nothing left in their minds of that journey, even if the circumstances differed, but they all agreed on one thing, which is that the situation is impossible.
The feelings that overflowed in Raymond at that moment were the same bitterness that he experienced after his mother’s departure, but the difference now is that he sheds and feels the bitterness of those tears again when he remembered……………*
He hugged his mother and kissed her hand and imprinted another deep and very long one on her forehead and then quickly left to stand outside the room, trying hard to smile and meditate on her from behind the glass, and the tubes covered her entire slender body. You know him well and how he abhors those moments of separation, and here he is going through them for the first time in front of her, so he put the palms of both hands on the glass wall and watched her with pain.
As Rachel approached her quietly, taking the seat with him, and sat in it, then leaned towards her and ate gently, and held her slender hand with both of his wrinkled hands with his usual smile, and he told her that with all these yellow features on her face and blue lips, she was still the most beautiful and thinnest in his eyes.
Finally, he confessed to her in a whisper that he had very special and special feelings for her and would not be subdued by her departure. Then he suddenly fell silent! Raymond watched one of his mother's hands rise to Rachel's face and patted him for a few seconds as she listened to him with a faint smile as he said to her in a sobbing voice: - Even if the sand keeps you away from me, I will still (I love you...Guri).
That word finally came out with a burning lump and after it had been lingering for years in his chest.. :- (But what is its use now, Uncle Rachel, tell me what is its use..?! Doesn't mean anything now yeah nothing at all)
This is how Raymond himself happened in his mind. He is fully aware that despite the sincerity and splendor of that word, it is now like a mirage. It soon vanished like a soap bubble with his mother's arm falling before their eyes. Raymond raised his head high and let out a loud cry that filled the hallway of the hospital: - Mom.
But Rachel muffled his cry by kissing her forehead deeply, and then comforted his remorse by allowing himself to rest his head in her lap, crying.
And so on…. Raymond asked himself a question to which he would never find any answers except for people who had passed away: - (When hands are warmer..! Leaving..! Why..! Why...!?)
