The reason banette out speeded you even when you chose shadow sneak is cause of its ability prankster which gives any non damaging moves 1+ priority

Logan, an op pokemon you should get is tentacruel with the moves hex, sludge wave, waterfall, and dive. I beat the entire hoenn league with it
Log you should try having the move sleep talk on some of your Pokemon because if you are asleep you can use sleep talk and it just chooses a random move and sometimes it workes
When I fight a trainer that has a item, I tell my espurr to use covet.
Heal bell is like when you burn or poison the opponents Pokémon and it uses Heal bell that means I took the burn/poison away when they switch it also takes out burn and poison if your whole team is.

Heal bell is a move where if u r paralyzed or poisoned or burned and if u switch the paralizise or burn or poisoning goes away.
