Hi everyone, An update to the channel; A close family member of my partner died very recently, and it's necessitated travelling away from home, a significant distance for the funeral. As such I'll be away for the next month. Which unfortunately puts pause to the Raven One Dominant Fury campaign play though I'd just committed to starting! I'd tried to get M03 done before, but that's not going to happen in time. I've paused the Patreon billing for September, as I'll be unable to produce videos until i return afterwards. Apologies for the lack of content over the next month! Lots of things are happening fast in my life at the moment, hopefully, largely for the better. Will be quite the adventure for me! The channel shall resume content soon as i can after getting back. Take Care everyone, and see you in a month!

This one was a relief. Knowing Baltic dragon, I was kind of expecting that a storm would roll in again and you'd have to calculate the general area of the boat using port of departure and destination, while running on fumes and getting knocked around by the wind and turbulence
@@RedKiteRender I was totally working on finding the Tacan for Haifa or at least Ramat David to draw a line on my HSI to Famagusta when I found the boat...phew!
I learned after doing this mission that instead of using TDC depress to slew the pod to the radar's location, you should instead press sensor control switch right (or towards the radar MFD). That will lock the pod directly to the radar target instead of the general area. No more panning around looking for a ship target.
I remember when listening to the Air combat Sim Podcast, there was discussion about possible playable tomcats, I'm assuming not the case? Obviously seen the easter egg at the end, just curious of the first mission is part of it
No playable Tomcats in this campaign, but i think that might of been a consideration of a mirror campaign played from the role of the Tomcat squadron onboard instead!
As luck would have it, they will cross paths with Flip again when they were vacationing on Sirri island when some SEALs steal their ridiculous yacht to escape. 😂
