Sikapur Silicea from Hübner is great for Skin and nails. I use it often!
its a gel that you mix in juice or water! I live in california and the only place i can buy it is online! :)
Oh and try an oil mixture of coconut oil (Parachute or Vatika brand they are indian brands you can find on amazon.com) Cactus-Garlic oil and Almond oil..put some warm water in a spray bottle spray your hair from root to tips don't drench it just damp mix your oils and apply to your scalp to the tip of your hair massage your scalp cover your hair for an hour or you can sleep in it overnight wash it out style as your normally would I really hope you find a solution ^_^
I am no finishing my 4th bottle. I had/have the same problem you had. 2 years ago my hair fall all out, thinned whatever! Now it is still not very thick but I see improvement everyday. I even got my wave/curls back and many volume! After 2 years finally get complements again! So give it a try but being patient is the key.. I also use biotine 2000mcg and folic acid 800 mcg a day.. maybe you can try that out!too! Also take look at your birthcontrol pills if it not has many man hormones!
Your welcome! I know what four a nightmare it can be!!!!! Another thing I forgot to tell, I also use some less aggressive shampoos without SLS. And twice a week I put Jojoba oil in my hair in the night with a massage on my scalp and focus on the ends. In the morning I wash it out and I do not use mouse or other style products any more, only if I have a special party, birthday etc. For the frizz I mix Jojoba oil with some water in a old bottle of a styling product and spray this on my brush!
Hi I am going through the same thing my hair was very very thick and has thinned out over the course of 7 months :( today I was watching Dr.Oz and one of the causes for women hair to thin out is a lack of Iodine...try that also especially if you have cold hands and feet you may have a Iodine deficiency...hth
