RAW (the rawest and most vulnerable video I've ever filmed)

I hope this brings some perspective to what it is like to experience times of severe and intense anxiety or depression and way it impacts life. Nothing to do with the expedition. Nothing to do with climbing.
Normally I would save these moments for writing or painting but wanted to express this vulnerability trough a different visual this time.
