Same old techniques to produce the same old junk world wide. These are street vendors like ice cream or hot dog sellers, not Artists. If you are practicing all day every day selling this stuff to tourists only then it's look slick and polished, but so does a practiced burger flipper.
I mean thats kind of the style. It's also more time consuming to do a variety of other techniques and thats not great if you're doing street performances. Surreal landscapes are why I do spray art. There are a wide variety of different styles and techniques though. If you're interested I could definitely point you in the direction of some amazing spray artists.
