I’m not familiar with Indian culture, I’m really sorry, so idk if that’s a special garment related to weddings or relationship or something and that gesture has a particular meaning. Or maybe I’m reading too much into it and that meant only that he accepted her mother’s love for Kanchan. If someone wants to elaborate this I’ll be very grateful 🙏🏼🧡
