incomplete you did not show how to remove and install the lcd the most important part...

For just screen replacement, you do not need to remove the upper logic board (with the camera module + sim card slot, etc) nor the battery. I accidentally tore the battery's black which will cost me extra to replace. Again for just screen replacement, this isn't the efficient way to do it.
You also did not show the removal of the LCD screen.

This is the screen replacement with the frame. If you got a replacement with the frame, the repair will by much easier.
