Sometime it good to let it out . Because if you keep it in. It will explode not on a good wayy .
It can be the hardest part after coming into a somewhat calm place after the storm of depression, but the emotions even if you voice them are there. Just know that those emotions don’t define you and that things get better with each next step. Confide in anyone, it will help to take some of the heavy ness off so you can fight. Because I just know that you have fight in you and that you can beat whatever is keeping you from smiling a beautiful smile
I'm the same that one time I couldn't well anyone how much pain and hurt I was feeling from my toxic friendships and parents at the time that I thought about taking my own life but im glad I didn't but everything is better now and I have my BFF to go through it with me but still didn't tell anyone

When you kissed their forehead whilst squeezing their cheeks...feeling their face get red from the embarrassment. Giggling about it and teasing them about it for most of the day.
You sit there, smiling, but then you feel that ache in your heart after you realize you don’t have those memories anymore. You feel this unforgettable feeling of despair, loneliness..it’s unexplainable. All emotions hit at once. You feel so empty, so vulnerable.
Ah, fresh air definitely made me cry right here. Think about this stuff all the time. 14 years just doesn’t disappear with her absence.

My “boyfriend” dumped me in a way that tortured me for months to come. My best friend is now in love with him.. and thinks I don’t know. I remember there was a time when I was constantly feeling so empty and so desperate and lonely, but at the same time I couldn't bear anyone being near me. And in addition to that I felt bad because in my eyes I had no reason to feel that way. It was only much later that when I finally cut ties with the person that made me feel that way that I realized how they really had been the whole reason I felt so awful. Only when that immense weiht was lifted off my shoulders and I was starting to get better with every day that passed whithout them I realized how much better I was off whithout them... At first I couldn't enjoy beeing free because I felt so incredibly guilty and at some point I even thought I was the one causing all the trouble to begin with but I know now that it was the right choice. I finally learned to love myself again and there are still days when I feel empty or just lonely although I'm surrounded by people but I'm getting better.
Don't forget that the only one who can truly change your life if you're unhappy is you by being strong and making the choice that is right for YOU.❤

Ppl talking about break ups, and I'm thinking about my ex best friend. We always laughed, and were so happy together.
