Youâre somewhere between 16-18% bodyfat here. Two years ago you were closer to 10-12%. I went through the same deal. I am currently 15% and dropping and my face already looks less puffy, my arms look more toned. The work youâve put in in the gym shows. Someone else would be in trouble - you could stay here and get girls no problem. Youâre probably average or taller height, broad shouldered, have packed on the muscle over years in the gym.
Just one dude to another (you literally look more like me than my own brother and we might look like twins in person I donât know) iâm just giving you a heads up to curb the behaviors. Iâm 40 and having to walk 6-8 hours a week and watch my diet. Im trying to give up the booze but guys with our history/genetics/brain have trouble doing that in my opinion. Intermittent fasting works for me, drinking a lot of water. Little tricks. I love to lift weights.. I hate diet and cardio. I hate trying to lose fat it sucks. This comment is def an overstep but its weird looking at myself in a video and not saying anything. Really uncanny the resemblance.
I takes me a month to finish a 6 pack. And I count my macros to a tee. I workout 5 days per week, bench press 345lbs and have ripped abs. My only problem is over obsessing about fitness. I used to walk around below 10% bf and now I try to stay around 12-15% because I feel stronger and healthier in that range.
@@LFA I see you have everything under control. The human body communicates a lot of information. If you feel healthier and stronger there is likely a scientific reason as well. Certain parts of the body like the brain, ligaments and tendons are healthier with more of the right foods.
