    thank u for the videos it makes it so easy to talk to my drs using this. in 2009 I punctured my pcl falling onto the prongs that project out from a step on an escalator. it took me two years to see a dr. and as stupid as it sounds my initial first visit was too expensive and I had no insurance. so now the damage is so messed up it made my knee fold in, it pushed my hip out, pulling my piriformis muscle and all down my siatic nerve plus the red line u showed, and dark maroon.
