My shuffle is the collaboration with Urban EDC (ace\king) stainless and copper. Your shuffle will become smooth as silk with use. I hope you grow to love yours as I do mine. I too am a cat person, so I love seeing your fur babies inserting themselves into your videos. My cat disappeared my OG torque bar, so my shuffle is working over time. Thanks for the great content. Oh, and you can adjust the pivot on your shuffle. The tool is provided. Peace......

Try tightening the pivot screw on your shuffle. Also the clicker position is I. The bottom opposite the pivot. When the pivot is right it will click again
