Please check the quantities well, if you make quantity to calculate totals, in fact you are rather getting the total no of bars so using Total Number as the product of host count and quantity is not correct. please confirm this if i am wrong.

It's possible to do one for each structural element type.. Then insert a multiplication factor in schedule.. But with propagate feature in revit, you can easily copy rebar to similar elements in seconds..
Please can you post a video of how you assigned every rebar to a partition even though you did one part of it in this tutorial but can you please do a video on that. Thank you

Hi, is there a way to merge the cells to avoid showing in the "Member" column the name of the partition on each row? Example: you have for "BEAM1" 7 rows, it would look much better to show the partition name only on the first row as one cell. Thank you

look at base 1, Quantity is 72 for bar mark 3 and and totals is 648 which is 9*72. whereas QTY should be 8 and Total Number should be 72?

You use plugins to export to excel e.g sparckle
