I juat bought the Noctilucent palette, since it's on sale. I haven't tried it as an eyeshadow topper, but I'm looking forward to trying it now. I've been going back and forth between buying the Rick and Morty palette. I don't NEED it, but do I need it? Lol.

let me know what you think of noctilucent on the eyes!! i personally really like rick and morty, but if they arent colors you wear super often, then pass! i'll never say you 'need' something as its just make up :)
