Hey man.. the first gen VRS engine was a 1.8t 20v.. that engine was used in audi tt.. audi a4 ..mk4 gti. It was one of the finest VAG engines to ever be made it could make upto 750hp(ofocrse changed pistons)...
Moreover it was the first performance oriented skoda... That car is super reliable🙄..
I'm one of the lucky guys to have it in my garage, though I currently dont use it, but its still there and yes its stage 2 too 😍
Fun fact - A car with the is38 turbo is more fuel efficient than the stock turbo.
Also I'd recommend a downpipe and exhaust for decreasing back pressure :)

It is rumoured that the new Octavia to be launched in India will have the Superb engine, which is rated at 190hp and 320nm. Ideally, I would like to know whether it can be bumped up to just the Stage One modification, offering 235hp and 400nm?
