Thank you very much for your precious Memoiren. In our region , we know where Odilo Globocznik spent his early life, but it takes the memories and faces of survivors and victims until we can fully understand what is the connection between Klagenfurt and Byałystok.
A very nice video. My mom and her family left Bialystok in 1934; they settled in New York. But my grandmother had two sisters both with families, and my grandfather had a sister. All stayed behind in Bialystok and (as far as we know) they all perished. I have many photographs from 1928 to 1938; I cannot read the handwritten text and, I cannot find anyone to translate it (I tried with a friend -- she reads yiddish, but she could not decipher the handwritten notes on the photographs). Anyway, thank you again for this video.
