All of their live performances are great. Especially live in Paris or Madison Square Garden

Thing is, you may not understand the language, but the German language is such a beautiful and poetic sounding language that it just becomes another instrument.
Also, don’t pay attention haters who say you don’t “look like” a fan. Anybody, and everybody, across the globe, from all backgrounds, are metal fans. That’s why bands like Metallica and Rammstein have millions of fans on earth in every country. You guys are more than welcome in the metal world.

I just got into Rammstein in 2020. I’m not like a big metal fan, I like a few bands but didn’t consider myself a metal head. But fcking Duetchland made me a fan. That song is beyond epic. I’ve been falling down the Rammstein rabbit hole ever since. If you watch Duetchland, watch knowing the entire vid is German history. Afterwards I highly rec you watch a 30 min vid by three arrows, a German CZcamsr who really breaks it down. There’s so much symbolism Americans wouldn’t get. The vid shows everything from the Holocaust, to scenes from the communist East German govt, to left wing terrorists from the 70’s to the future. All tied together by the red string of fate. Then watch the video again. Like I was learning German history but was still massively entertained.
A friend of mine teaches German language to high school students and Rammstein is one of the subjects they hit on. He started doing it years ago and it became so popular he has a wait list for kids to take his class....FOR HIGH SCHOOL! You just don't normally see that. Funny thing is I really don't like them but I love watching their stage performances cause they always have amazing stage shows and pyro stuff. Loved the reaction guys.

I went to this show a day before my 19th birthday talk about energy throughout the whole show was wild as hell got the tickets and poster framed up from the show. This was their first show back in America in 10 years at this point shit sold out the Garden in a half hour.

I'm 32, Korn was one of my first CDs, my dad would send me CDs I liked through the mail, when I was like 10. I remember getting the Korn CD "freak on a leash" I thought it was broken, took me a week to work out the CD starts on track 13.
Bwahaha! Been there. Type O Negative's album World Coming Down the first track is called 'Skip It' and it's the sound of your CD skipping. Brilliant! Thought with Korn I believe it was more of a moment of silence kind of bit.

Yeah, don't take it personally when they tell you that you don't look like a Korn fan... Generally people assume you have to look the part of the Korn fan, metal fan, etc. I get that a lot when I say that I listen to more black metal, death/doom etc. than any other genre. I guess I'm expected to like soft rock. ;)

While Rammstein is AWESOME in concert, I HIGHLY recommend that you watch the ORIGINAL music videos FIRST. They are completely awesome, and unlike anything else you've seen.
There's one big hurdle, not German speaker can't get the sense behind the lyrics and the videos. I recommend that every one who reacts to Rammstein looks up the translation first and watch the videos line by line.
