Cho sung hoon has great leadership skills. The way he guided the whole team is amazing. They had strength and good strategy. Can't wait to see the 3rd team. I really really hope they will get selected to the next round.
He's smart. It was his idea to lift and then pull the boat.
The lift and push was his idea and it made them win. Team sungbin just pulled on a small rope which is so bad..
Yes! I love how down-to-earth he is, how pragmatic. Admitting when youre in pain takes a lot nerve
Been supporting chu sung hoon since Superman days. He’s my final pick here and I’m so glad that he’s proving himself despite being the oldest here. His leadership skills is seriously something. I think this proves that this show is not simply about strength. It’s about strategy, stamina, endurance, and teamwork too
him crawling over the bridge was really weird
That first team had teamwork, coordination and a well thought out plan of attack but they also had some senior members that knew how to lift and pace themselves. Honestly, everyone on that team was doing work. It was super well rounded
Kudos to the production team. I can't imagine how many times this course was tested and adjusted for precise level of difficulty, timing, safety, filming, etc. Doing it once, with extreme motivation, seems herculean.
Yeah the design is incredible. They got it dialed precisely to the point where it can be completely but only with maximal effort and good strategy. The production team must be jacked lol.
Would love to see behind the scenes.
If the strongest team has difficulty doing this, I can't imagine the 3rd team being able to complete this mission.
They will do something different way..otherwise no possibilty at all.. perhaps spread sands on inclined wall??
Suppose if there is an option to empty the barrels before loading them on the ship, then would the third team have a chance? Or options to make the ship lighter by removing the mast, etc. The rules for such things is unclear. Work smarter, not harder though.
@@suek9872or put the barrels in once the ship is tied to the anchor at the last minute. 2 tons is too much hard work to push to the end. the rules arent clear on what Not to do though.
@@ReadinOutLoud i think the rule was to have the barrels on the ship before launch.
@@ReadinOutLoud the rules are clear.. you have to have all the barrels on the ship before you can even try to move it. you have to stop using the wood rods once you get to the incline
Love captain Choo 💖 this team perfect cooperation!!! Watched episode twice just insane the ability to do this
I think the old man's lift-and-push strategy helped to use the least amount of force on the friction surface
Really. Much much easier than to just pull on that small rope and fight the friction - as Team Sungbin did..
True. Using the rope puts too much pressure on their grips
This team has shown great teamwork with great leadership. Sung Bin's team is too confident about their physical strength so they had little flexibility in strategy. They only pulled the boat, which drained them physically and brought little effiency of moving the boat. I'm currious about team 3, they are light weighted....
This team will probably have the best record. They showed the best teamwork so far. Yoon Sung Bin's team just showing brute strength with almost zero coordination lol. And isnt push better than pull? lol
right?! at least combine push and pull. Now u got all these guys pulling in an awkward position with hardly any effect.
@@thanGacao they might even get eliminated at this round lol
@@ciaossujung2105 you delusional if you think they are losing to team 3, i bet they wont even be able to finish the mission xD
@@waxenwingz7769 🤣🤣
they need to LIFT and push thats what frustrated me the most ugh!
Their team work and Choos leadership was amazing. This was the best challenge yet.
What an odd show to cry to. This episode was edited beautifully to exhibit what makes these two teams great. Shed a tear when they succeeded. In fact it's so beautiful I scheduled a mountain climb.
Right. Best drama. I couldnt even pick who I wanted to win. I was rooting for everyone.
man that boat heavy as hell...props to this team
Good team work, communication and great leaders who listen will win. Not only brut force.
Man im looking forward for the 3rd team it wont be easy
good team work captain cho sung hoon!!!!!
Team 2: All that legpower but then choose to pull 😂
This team probably will have the shortest time. Great teamwork
The thing I love about this quest that it’s not about how strong you are but how you use your strength. It’s all strategy. They did so well working together distributing the work. They killed it
Imagine if anybody from the third team knows how to maximize the lever/pulley system, what difference would it make? 😅
Team 2 is muscles but no brains.
😂 sadly.. true
I love this team.
Cho Sung Hoon, great leader, very strategic.
Hi Hyeong, very strong 😍
회차를 아껴뒀다가 몰아봤어요... 와 재밌었다진짜. 저처럼 아껴뒀던 분들 많을 듯.
The grind up the incline was absolutely brutal. Kudos to all.
The only way the last team (team with mostly girls and skinny guys) can win this is to use the logs as leverage. Putting that logs under the rows on each side, taller players may push the logs upward, then even 4 people might be enough to move the ship forward. it won't be fast but at least they can get the thing move forward.
I was thinking they should have put sand underneath the boat at the ramp to add friction between two wooden surfaces.
Even people who set up this game have to be strong
Wondering if the 3rd alliance can complete this quest.
I hope Jang Eun Sil's team can come up with something to overcome their strength disadvantage. Sand on the slope, a second pulley system to get more efficiency or tying the rope to a log for better handling seem possible ways to win. But maybe there is no hidden trick like in The Genius and it's only pure power that can win.
I feel the same way, I want her to be successful but how!?! Either they move the boat over first and then place the barrels in, but it's still 1.5 tons to move.
@@HN-fb6md All the barrels have to be put in the boat before it may be moved. That's the rules.
I really hope that they take in consideration of total weight of everyone in a team for this challenge to be fair.. Just like the redemption battle because it is so obvious that the last team is gonna be last
I was thinking they empty the barrels then put it in. The rules were the barrels not the .5ton of weight that’s in them.
@@wereonlyhuman3289 Redemption battle wasn't fair for heavier players. Strength doesn't directly correlate in proportion with weight. (ex: 2 times heavier doesn't mean 2 times more strength) You could see only lightweight participants survived. It's only fair to make it more advantageous for heavier participants in this round.
... watching on the edge of my seat! So proud of the underdogs, team no.3! Still enjoying this show but i feel that it shouldn't give the contestants so much power to choose teams... because it can be unfair to the women remaining in the comp. I was really rooting for team no. 3 but they fought valiantly together. Awesome work to all teams!
Some of the men really underestimated the value of women being on their team. Those women showed them otherwise. Respect to all.
boat? i think we should call it a ship
i think sunghoon's team had good leadership and the strong man, that strong man seems to have done the work of 5 people
The stunt girl is cute as heck.
This guy Choo sung hoon is a beast for his age. A great athlete, I cheered for him a lot and was very sad when he left.
the key is to LIFT not push
@rzh4019 adding the barrels, the total weight reaches to almost 2 tons
Imo the only reason why this teams time was better than the other two teams is how fast they managed to take the ship off the platform, the lift and push at the start
This challenge definitely required brains as well as brawn.
I expect this team to pass. Strength and good team work
Esta prueba fue la que mas me gusto. Y ademas, me encanto que ganara este equipo.
Dang that bear Daddy thought 👀
So many did not know how the pulley system works.
i think i came up with a good strategy pls let me know if u have any opinions
i'd say have the team members with the strongest lower body push the boat and have the other members pull back and up (lift) from the front
also, when it's time to move a log to the front, the last two members (one from each side) should bring the log to the front while all members move back one pole to make space for them
Most people should pull instead of pushing. Pulling is double the power due to physics.
I have a question, they were required to lift the ship which was said to be 1.5 Tons but the barrels made it to 2.0 tons instead. If anyone knew what was happening will they be allowed to remove extra weights besides the barrels?
Can they put sand on the ramp underneath the boat? Should have worked similar to lugs.
The top 5 contestants were on this alliance.
Empty the barrel, use the pulleys properly, see if the rope aft side of the boat can be used.
You can pull with far less power.
Makes the pyramids seem impossible
i love cho jinhyeong!!!
On the final ramp why not sprinkle some sand to make the boat slide more easily?
From the subtitles, it said this would be a pulling challenge, but then apparently you can push and lift, whatever. So I think the skinniest team will fail at this, however there might be a "trick" or easier way to move this, who knows. Maybe the third team will think of a smarter plan, but from looks of it,the skinny team will be eliminated*
when is the next episode show?
14th
Worried thruout the watch that someone will die from over exertion 😣
this show is just unfair for team 3 especially for the loser team who had to go through a brutal revival challenge just to probably lose this challenge
To reduce friction, you needed 2 or 4 people lifting the boat as everyone else push/pull it up the ramp.
Whose gonna carry the boats! -
Believe the ship was the hardest challenge in season 1
Kuat gak ya timnya eunsil sama eudeum?
Theres a water beside the boat they use it to float the boat and push to other side??
I was thinking that but I think its not wide enough. I originally thought they added the rain to make the sand wet and more difficult to traverse.
I was thinking on the incline taking some sand to drag it up.... ??? Don't know if that would work.
13 minutes ???
2:00 looked like by coincidence bcoz hammer got stuck bro
am i the only one infuriated that no came came to the immediate conclusion how to use a pulley correctly ?!?
They all did the same mistake by not putting logs under the boat ou the plateform.
fatih sultan mehmet vibes
Do they not understand how pulleys work?
probably cuz they were trying to do things as fast as possible and didn't think things through
What about the third team? Sure lose?
Maybe the 3rd team will be one of the teams to proceed for the next challenge. Don’t underestimate the underdogs, this challenge isn't about physically strength but mostly mental strength.
As we could see, the 2nd team just purely used their physical strength without strategizing at all. They might end up at the bottom. My two cents✌🏼
@@sheilahmaeromines7776 i really hoping they can win! it's such a shame the challenge was revealed before teams were picked and too sad everyone underestimated them
@@sheilahmaeromines7776I really hope so, I want the underdog team to win. I think team work, a very determine mine set and a good strategy is also a strength so I’m crossing my fingers and hoping against all odds. This shows had me hooked since episode 1.
@@mgb6646 the only way for them to move the ship would be using their brain. They might need to use the logs for the power of leverage.
I'm very curios what the last team will do, the mostly women team. Ofc it's last, i think itll surprise us actually
i watched this today and dragging across the whole surface deck is a waste of energy with that much friction. Cant believe no one thought of lifting it up and pulling a log underneath the first phase. Friction is the name of the game - u watch people pull trucks because they have wheels...
Thats what I was thinking also, but maybe they werent allowed to do that. I was also thinking why they didnt unearth the barrels, put them aside, move the boat and then load it. No team tried that, so maybe that wasnt allowed either.
@@TB-yk7bn Nah lifting was allowed but only this team actually thought of it, hence why they won by like 6 minutes. They did figure it out pretty late but still lol
I think the production failed on delivering a fair team selection process. They try keep suspense up in post production, but anyone can see that team 3 is at a huge disadvantage. OP teams are not very interesting to watch, a problem very prominent in many sports today. Should have hired some pro game designers for that.
Grupo 3 já era kkkk
Underdogs SLAYED!
these 2 groups are just afraid of LOSING, and ended up parthnering with each other! bunch of p****!
UNDERDOGS KINGS AND QUEENS and are braver than these 2 leaders and their members combined
Work on your self to become competent instead of whining like a loser.

@@EvilEscape Says the Ioser with three comments mad about winners.
What do you mean it's a game show to win a ton of money. Why would you not want to form and partner with the strongest team? The only rationale I could understand is wanting to thin out the strongest competition before the individual challenges based on strategy rather than physicality, but that's clearly not what you're saying lol
You're weird bro
I believe the third ship was lighter than the others
They must’ve all used the same ship, ramp, pulley system etc. Why build it three times 😂😂. That’s why it was done one team at a time, on the same set
3rd team doesn't stand a chance... they will give up and just go home mid competition lol.
they didn't give up, watch the preview for the next series 😏
I doubt they will give up. 3rd team doesn't look promising to me either, to be honest, but they have come this far, at least they will try their best even if they don't win
Team No1, really have a good teamwork...good job
Team no2 also have good teamwork, but Miracle is not that helpful in this task...Anyone agree?
What did miracle do? Team 2 had no strategy just pull
@@Dropletsojoy yes correct...but Miracle not help that much
@@misscaptain5744 Miracle stopped the team from rolling the ship on top of the rope which would've made the killed the pulley system. I'd say he helped a lot.
Idk what you’re implying the whole team were in it together pinpointing miracle knowing full and well he helped was not needed 💀 the 2nd team had great power but nobody in that team has brains sadly 😅
@@Dztruxtion they are probably running against time so nobody stop to strategize lol
I think they will get elminated
